On top of that, the youngest child believed that MC was their real mother. The older and more ab*sed child, though she also knew the truth, she was still just a young kid in the end. Still strange but not overly so.

MC let go of their villages deadly rivaling village that tried to rob and kill them cause she thought of giving them a second chance else she gets too much blood on her hands. For someone that was supposed to be from an apocalypse and also was cold and ruthless to those that wronged her and her charges, she has a tendancy to let the bastards go on with just a slap to the wrist like the other classic Chinese dog blood drama tropes. Mc's decisiveness and ruthlessness seems to be mainly on the whim of the author on top of plenty of barking about said supposed strong points of the MC.

Plently of logic leaps that I just didn't bother to write about here but this... Dicided to take some of my time to do so. Again, Blunt Plot armor and what may be forced romance between MC and potential ML. First encounter was MC accidently going into the inn room if said ML which was next to her room, they fought and ML holds a grudge whilst MC is feeling guilty. Second time, they meet in the City said ML was managing and MC got mistakenly attacked by the Assassin's that were supposed to be for the ML, a moment later MC meets ML and they fight again. Surprise! Not. Despite ML clearly wanting to kill or really harm MC, MC ultimately decides to just flee and pretty much do nothing about it. And no, she isn't aware of his real identity but he clearly is a danger to her yet yeah. Dog Blood "romance".
