Kinda surprised that people actually gave a one star for this. Honestly this was a decent read. It was rare for me to be immersed, but this book gave me the feels that I never felt a long time. I like how the romance is written in this book; it's not sappy, but it is wholesome. I also love how the FL and ML is written here. Both are calm protagonists. While the ML can be such a lovesick puppy sometimes, it's not like any other ML in any other... more>> chinese novel that is super overbearing and clingy. He still knows how to respect the fl's wishes and is not forceful. Anyways I dont have really have anything to say bad for the novel. I am satisfied with the ending :) It wasn't that grand, but at least it gives you a sense of relief and assurance. <<less

Really cute story, not that much drama so good if you want a stress free read. The ending was kinda lackluster and a bit disappointing but other than that the story was pretty good.

Umm... I mean, I kinda agree with both the 1* and 5* reviews. ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

I really liked it. It was just average from an objective point of view, but it fit my mood when I read it! It is indeed stress-free and kinda cute. FL was strong, she didn't fall in love fast, was proactive, she never waited around expecting ML to do anything. Good enough for a laid-back reading.

About author's writing, it reaches it's peak in the middle but then starts diving down again in the last 2... more>> arcs. But it doesn't get bad enough for me to drop it. Just normal below average slightly awkward writing. And yeah, the end was sorta, um, too fast? I thought ML was gonna suffer a bit more but it was like, only one or two weeks in rl and then they get back together?? I know they spent a long time in the other worlds but that still felt too fast. But I haven't read the side stories (cause I couldn't find them free anywhere, if you find it, send the link plz~). Maybe they redeem the ending a bit there? Idk.

Anyways, it's not great. Just good enough. I recommend if want to read, have fun but not really commit to it. Read it to spend free time. Don't read it for real, that would be disappointing. <<less

I read this because of the high rating but sorry I was a little disappointed...i know the FL end up with the ML in the end but it always feel that the ML auto fall in love or love her more... she is just compensating or trying to reciprocate and not heartedly in love with him... idk how to explain this but it doesn't feel completed to m

This book really a gem. The FL and ML really good together. And they were super funny and awkward and later super sweet together. I really recommend this if you looking for a sweet romance without too much drama or thinking. Just enjoy their cute and some heart rending journey. Thank you

This novel is quite cute. At first few arcs I was thinking that MC is too callous, making me feel sorry for ml's feelings. But the last arc cleared everything. MC is quite adorable. ❤️ Overall the novel is just light, even the fluff is light. No face slapping.

It’s an interesting qt novel. The arcs are well written and add on to the main story. FL and ML are both lovable. It’s a light read, nothing too deep. Romance is main focus.

It's a really enjoyable read with quite profound message.

I went in expecting another brainless, popcorn, face-slapping short stories I could binge-read before bed; but surprisingly it was a great read. A lot of subversion to the villain/villainess genre.

The FL is an abyssal demon while the ML is the God as in THAT GOD.

But I like that it sent a message about how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The ML spent his entire existence hating on demons and those engaged in sinful acts, not realizing he became the biggest hypocrite of all. He's judgmental, egocentric, and merciless. That is until he encountered and injured the FL, then he followed her into the abyss with an aim to finish her off. But he ended up falling in love with her because despite being a demon, she's really pure and kind-hearted.

Now that God is tainted with the sin of lust and jealousy (all of which were blamed on the FL, because demon! Duh!) he had to go into different worlds and live miserable lives to atone for his sins. The FL knew and when she was selected by the system (aka. God's second-in-command) she agreed to "help" him go through these lives in a hope of taking revenge on God for injuring her.

In the end, they just fell deeply in love. I'd enjoy a few more extra chapters but I'm pretty satisfied with the way it ends.

  • They are not together in every world - well, not in the romantic way
  • Very realistic portrayal of enemies to lovers
  • I cried a lot in one of the arcs
  • Some arcs are funny, most are lovely, about 2 are too rushed
  • The real goodies are their actual world where the drama unfolds...

A very light read, not a story like other qt novels that are in depth, the different plots are very shallow. However the author did a good job tying it all in the end. Even if it felt rushed. Kind of wished it was longer because the characters are very likable. All in all, very lighthearted quick read.

This is a high 3 star, meaning in terms of average novels this is one of the better ones of the tier out there. I like that it is focused on one primary relationship, or couple pairing, that has a mainline throughout all the arcs, and has a conclusion for it in the end, albeit a kinda boring and unsatisfactory one.

FL is op, perfect & beautiful, pure and all that. Strangely a little apathetic at times yet warm and friendly? Kinda inconsistent at times, but could be attributed to the... more>> bodies or characters she has to play.

First arc was bizarre to me. They were together 20 odd years, but they didn’t smash and ML claimed to not know what love was, and he wasn’t in love. Like cmon now. I know he’s a bit lacking in the EQ department, but for an adept businessman who has built his company through building relationships and socialising, extremely unlikely he is still unfamiliar with the relations regarding a man and woman.

Every other arc kinda blurred together. As the arcs go on, the ML just exists to serve and revolve around the FL. They don’t really have any desire or thoughts of their own. FL tells him to sit, talk, go here, go there, do this, do that, and he always obeys. Boring. FL is also ignorant, purposefully so, frustratingly so, when she sees and goes, oh he’s being really attentive and caring towards me, I wonder why?, that’s weird and out of character for someone who doesn’t interact with the opposite s*x and is indifferent towards everyone else.... like b*tch, really now.

I read many QT before so while I still find this story quite enjoyable to read, I feel that it lacked some depths. The story of each arcs were very generic and the world building wasn't described well. It was also done hastily and suddenly, it was over. Don't worry, it's a happy ending but please, author, why didn't you add a few more chapters after the final arc? Because I still want to see more of them.
