Entering a clichéd female novel world by accident. As long as he changes the negative perceptions of four female protagonists towards men, he can return to the real world with a reward of one billion. At first, Ji Mu thought this was a way to get rich, but as time went by, he gradually realized that something was wrong.

“System, didn’t you tell me that these female protagonists extremely despise men, and no matter how good I am to them, it would purely be a friendship?”

As Ji Mu looked at the few female protagonists in front of him, their cheeks blushing, their eyes filled with pink hearts, and constantly closing in on him, he broke out in a cold sweat, shrinking into a corner and shaking.

“I’m going to ask you one last time, are you really sure that this is just pure friendship?”

[Host, forget about friendship, do you know what a juicer is?]

Faced with the system’s sudden nonsensical question, he swallowed nervously, feeling an increasingly ominous premonition.

“W-what do you mean?”

[Just a friendly reminder…]

The system paused, its tone filled with helplessness and despair.

[All four of them are in front of you.]

If you were simultaneously pursued by beautiful girls with different personalities, what would you choose?

Only children make choices; normal people know to turn around and run.

“I can’t even handle one, let alone four!”

Ji Mu desperately clung to the doorframe and struggled in desperation before being dragged into the room: “System, save me!!!”

The plot is interesting and I like that the MC is male and actually thinks and reasons like a real human being, It felt unique to me since I mainly see female protagonists and if there ARE male protagonists they are written like their one life purpose is to ragebait me. My only qualm is the SA scenes, they are so uncomfortable to read and I feel like the Author wants the readers to root for the female leads even though they are literally raping him??? That's the part I... more>> hated the most, other than that it's a nice read even although the updates are slow asl. <<less

The synopsis is accurate in the novel's description, the MC (Ji Mu) was persuaded by the system that if he manages to set the 4 heroines impression of the opposite s*x from negative scores to zero, he can come back to his original world along with loads of cash (oh and prevent the world from collapsing ten years from now, but MC doesn't care about that). But if that Yandere tag is any indication, the MC had definitely underestimated the mission.

The current chapters have only covered the first heroine (Ruan... more>> Qingqing) and his methods of reducing her negative impression of men is to always be there for her in times of need. MC was successful to bring down the negative score close to zero but is unaware about how he is slowly corrupting her into an obsessed maniac.

Spoiler

Even now, the heroine's impression of men is at -15 but is already touching herself every night at the thought of MC and even has fantasies of assaulting him.

[collapse]

That said MC isn't a dense idiot, the only reason he remains ignorant is because the system always nags him that a positive score of 50 must be needed to develop romantic feelings and always shooting down MCs suspicion of her feelings going in that direction while ignoring the darkness meter rapidly rising.

However, this novel isn't only about rescuing the bullied girl then later they become Yandere. It also has some supernatural elements that makes the heroines even more dangerous after awakening as well as a secret plot by a higher being.

Spoiler

So turns out the heroine is actually some kind of fox spirit, her method of taking revenge isn't planning a scheme like the system originally thought but massacring all those responsible for her misery using her strength as a demihuman. In the current chapters even, some goddess made this version of the heroine ten years from now regress to the current heroine who is currently obsessed with MC.

[collapse]

I'm already enjoying the chaos this one heroine is bringing so I can only imagine how the remaining three will spice things up hahaha. I'm looking forward how MC will handle dealing with the heroine since this problem cannot be solved through his connections (unbeknownst to MC), verbally abusing the enemy or beating them up like it was done for the minor villains showing up previously.

As someone who likes seeing Yandere progression of heroines and the chaos they bring, I'll rate it as 5 stars for now even if there aren't much to read for now. <<less

The plot sounds interesting but it's too obvious that it's machine translated without proof reading. It's one thing to switch back and forth between male and female pronouns for the system, but to actually use female pronoun for the main character is where I gave up on this novel. It is such an easy mistake to spot as long as the translator actually cared enough to read what they publish online.

I saw the other review praising the translation which is baffling to me, but just in case people doubt... more>> what I'm saying here's excerpts from the same chapter (6) :

Ji Mu shrugged her shoulders indifferently and said in a nonchalant tone, "If my words hurt you, don't doubt my manners. I did it on purpose."

...

Ji Mu didn't hold back at all and even waved his hand dismissively.

Here's excerpts they used for the system:

After a while of silently arguing, she finally laid everything out on the table.

[Host, I didn't deceive you. The reason I know about your top score in the six-school joint exam is because those things happened in your past life.]

....

Recalling past memories, his tone became somewhat confused.

[And the most severely broken were the four female leads.]

...

While it grumbled internally, it didn't forget to ask the main question:

[Host, have you made your decision?]

These are not mistakes an actual translator would make, at the very least it's not something you can excuse with not being good with English since being consistent with gender is common sense. The reality is, machine translation has come a long way but some models still can't determine the right gender without context and that's why they make mistakes like this. And that's fine, I'm more than happy to have more machine translated novels on this site since they more often have better grammar as well. But they are just tools, you're not supposed to use them indiscriminately. At the very least, proof reading would be the bare minimum.

If somehow I'm wrong with this and it's not actually machine translated then I'll apologize, but it's just been a growing frustration of mine to see so many good novels not having the care they deserve. At the very least, keeping genders consistent should be the bare minimum for anyone publishing on this site, otherwise there's plenty of mtl sites out there. <<less

Genuinely a good read I suggest you guys to try it out.

Spoiler

Ji Mu doesn’t really seem to like the girl but he is genuinely a good hearted person. Although he may seem money hungry and doing all of this just for the sake of money he still is a good person in my opinion. He also has a lot of mysteries behind his pasts on this current life that he is on. Like how he is a son/grandson of the most powerful organization. That organization must be very secretive like top tier secret because very well known and notorious organizations disappear within a day the moment they mess with Ji Mu, iirc Ji Mu doesn’t know that he has family that powerful because of some past. Anyway guys enough yapping, I really suggest just reading it and decide for yourself whether it’s good or not but for me it is good. It is also very slow. Like I mean dragon ball pacing slow. So far only one female lead has been introduced Ruan Qingqing MC calls her silly goose. Btw she is h**ny asf. Probably one of the horniest female lead I’ve seen lowkey.

It's honestly a fun read, and this is completely my bad, but please be warned there is r*pe.

There is the term yandere (in the tags) but I didn't read deeply into it and the main character is such a charismatic and sincere guy so I was in shock when it happened.

And I hated the system this is a matter of personal preference but it literally exists to screw over our main character which was so bloody sad- the guy didn't deserve any of that.

Anyways if you can get past your... more>> misgivings probably a 7.5/10 read. <<less

First of all very, very well translated. Kudos to the translators!.

Its a really good book, I like how the girl, Ruan Qingqing gets more and more agency as the book progresses. She goes from her canon "pretty submissive girl who gets harrassed and bullied" to someone who stands up for herself and Ji Mu. She learns to say no and doesn't give in.

Also, Ji Mu is such an amazing character. He starts as someone who only cares about money but he does grow to care about Ruan Qingqing. He claims... more>> to only care about the money she represents, but he gets upset if anyone hurts or insults her, purely because she is his first friend.

He also feels like a real character, in that he's fully developed. He has hobbies, interests, likes and dislikes, an actual personality that doesn't randomly shift.

Its a pretty good book. I do want to shake the system, but the system is a bit amusing as well. I do like the system's interaction with the world's consciousness, that was pretty interesting to read and is quite a bit like the relationship between Ji Mu and Ruan Qingqing.

We've only been introduced to Ruan Qingqing so far but wow has it been a wonderful read so far.

Also, there are some really interesting and fun background reveals so far. Ji Mu has a background, he just doesn't know it yet, but from the povs from other characters, I can honestly not wait for that reveal.

I also do like that Ruan Qingqing is the one that wants Ji Mu and takes charge in that sense.

Fair warning tho, this *is* a yandere story, and it comes with all the things that yandere's do, including r*pe/dubious consent. No violence amd kidnapping, ect yet but frankly we've just started in on Ruan Qingqing's transformation into a yandere, so who knows if it will shoe up or not.

All in all, would reccomend. <<less
