Per the authors note at the end, this story is officially an 11P harem: Protagonist, 6 harem members, 4 outside lovers. Some man named Yuqing appears to be her true love, although he appears in a section of the story I completely missed. He knows some secret about MC's origin or family that he uses to blackmail her eldest brother into compromising. She goes out to see him every month even after marriage. I'm not sure if he is one of the six official or 4 unofficial lovers by the authors standard.

Her official husband is her as*hole cousin, but he is a bit of a tool person. Head of the house is definitely still the eldest brother. Other main harem members include both her official and adopted brothers. I didn't pay enough attention to tell if there was a fourth brother or if the fourth brother was considered to be Butler Huo. If not, the last official harem member is probably Yuqing even though he is living outside the main household.

The original plan was for her to marry the adopted brother, Butler Huo, so that she wouldn't have to marry out. Instead, her cousin interfered at the instigation of the third brother. He did this knowing he would be sharing his wife with others and even agreed to marry into her family so that the siblings would not have to separate. The last sentence of the story is her thanking him for this, despite the fact that he forced the marriage by spreading a scandal.

Her outside lovers were almost all established in the same incident. She secretly follows her third brother out to play and ends up mistaken as a courtesan at the 'flower banquet'. She gets both sexually assaulted and r*ped by multiple men, eventually by many at once. It's not pretty. She is not saved by her brother, instead her rescuer is some other man with a mysterious background who agrees to get help her out in exchange for s*x. At least 3 of these men make it onto the official list of lovers. Two of them reappear at her engagement banquet later and are not willing to give up the relationship. The third is listed by the author specifically, the master-of-ceremony who saved her from the flower banquet, after he tormented her enough. One man who might be the last lover (if Yuqing is part of the official harem) is Yan something or other who planned to propose marriage, but his preparations were only complete after things were settled with her official husband. I am not 100% about him because he seemed to give up after he found out about her nuptials.

The main thing that seems to differentiate the official harem members from the outside lovers seems to be their purity. Her brothers and her cousin were all virg*ns who only ever sleep with her. They show no interest in having s*x with others. The lovers on the other hand were obviously old hands who like to play around. The lover I will call rapist A (aka Fan Xiao) drops all other philandering activities after the 'lantern festival', but his loyalty doesn't seem to amount to much. I expect they will form their own families some day, if they haven't already. No matter how addicted they are to the protagonist, she already has a husband so they don't have a way to enter the main harem.

The g*ooming was mostly by the eldest brother, although he comes to regret it when he later realizes he doesn't have any standing to tell her she can't be with the other men.
