9/10 Novels (No romance)

9/10 Novels (No romance)
A list of some good novels I’ve read that were good, but not good enough to get into my all times favorites list.

This list is in no particular order.

Note: For those of you on mobile and who only know English but want to read more foreign novels like me, download the google app. (#notsponsored) While some browsers like Brave browser block ads, google has a really cool feature where you can auto translate other languages into English or another language. It’s great for reading foreign novels even if you don’t know the language. It’s a bit wonky and sometimes doesn’t work on some text but it’s really useful for reading. (I’m on IOS so idk if it works on Android. Comment if it does or doesn’t please)

A great novel featuring a transmigrated person creating a smartphone as well as the TikTok app in a Xianxia world. It’s a bit “suggestive”, so avoid it if you don’t want that. No actual “shreksual”scenes though, just slight suggestiveness. Great if you like world building and slightly OP MC, not much character development but still a great novel.... more>>

A good one if you like game development as I do, though be aware that the focus is on “scantily clad women gacha games”. Note that it contains no actual shreks. Slightly fast paced for my taste but very good descriptions and grammar.... more>>

A good one I read a while back. Some plot holes, but overall a good read for those who like overpowered but still progressive MCs. Focuses a lot on evolution of life, mutations and such. Not as much technological progress, but I didn’t read the whole thing. Great “God MC” novel similar to “One Planet for Everyone” which is also on this list. Weirdly has a harem and romance tag, I don’t remember anything like that, but I didn’t read all of it. No sus scenes or even any ecchi stuff (windy day + skirt kind of stuff) in it, just a bit of sexism as usual for these kinds of books.... more>>

Really good extremely OP MC novel. MC is a demon who, after becoming the strongest in hell, returns to a slightly apocalyptic earth just to eat a lot of food. Definitely a good comedy, but it’s missing the horror tag. There are some vivid descriptions of entrails and stuff like that so avoid it if you want. No shreks or other ‘Sus’ stuff.... more>>

A more popular one than I usually add but I can’t leave it out. Amazing world building, in-depth characters, infinite regression after death, but most importantly a more gruesome and dark take on cultivation. Pills are just dead people, all the powerful cultivators are really bad guys, etc.... more>>

One of the best cultivation novels I’ve ever read. Focuses mainly on system growth for the first while, and then it more slice of life. It’s really good, definitely recommend.... more>>

Great character interactions, but goes a bit too fast for me. Overall a great novel, even for me who knows nothing about arknights.
