Questionable/Suspicious/Mysterious MCs
I wish there was a tag just for MCs who seem really weird or suspicious to other characters (and sometimes to us too), so I'm making a list for it. Mysterious MCs will also count, but this is mainly for those who have personalities and/or abilities that are the cause of question to others.
Type 1 is the genuinely crazy/scary, Type 2 is suspicious background/abilities, Type 3 is personality quirk, Type 4 is environment misalignment, and Type 5 is misleading demeanor. Type A is oblivious and/or in-denial, Type B is begrudgingly aware, and Type C is in the middle ground. What I categorize them as will change once I get to know the MC better.
If it’s not here, I have not read it or hadn't thought of it. Recommend anything if you know one.
Edit: Also do give me a moment to personally read your recs so I can put them on there! I have many things on my reading list, so I will get around to it eventually!

Love your list, would also like to suggest the following:
- A Guide for Background Characters to Survive in a Manga (MC has to make a mysterious identity for his peers and manga readers)
- Got Dropped into a Ghost Story, Still Gotta Work (MC forced to take on personas to survive in this new world)
- I Heard That I’m Super Fierce (This is a FL one though)
- After Transmigrating into the Cyber Game, I Defeated the Boss and Successfully Rose to the Top (Another FL, chaotic neutral character as the author puts it, she does her best to survive in either worlds)

My House of Horrors should definitely be on this list, the MC is lowkey insane
and Since the Red Moon Appeared is all about how different the MC sees the world from others, which obviously leads to a lot of misunderstanding
Doctor, Live Again seems like a good fit. You might have to get a few hundred chapters in before the craziness becomes apparent though.
