Maybe the site is broken. The domain doesnt exist anymore. If its not broken… Probably it has so many ads that any time you try to click/ scroll you get disruptive pop ups and are redirected, or the text is broken up to be unreadable, that kind of thing. I dont complain about the majority of ads.
