The "villains" (since I think there's no true villain here, rather people victim to circumstances and over thinking and greed, let's not forget that) are not fleshed out enough and there's no redemption for them even though I think they shouldn't have been thrown under the bus like that (metaphorically speaking). <<less

Finished on MTL. There's cute little bun that's more mature than the normal child, but that's explained why in the story. The MC is really good and nurturing AND he didn't over dramatized gossip and rumour. He straight out ASK instead of assumed things like the other MC's. God I love that about him. The ML too isn't some black bellied, cold calculating blablabla that's usual in CN. This is really refreshing.

Edit: I change my mind on MC's being nurturing, a commenter is describing it better but the point is that he. Only. Care. About. His. Adopted. Child. Like, what?

It's okay that you care about the adopted child but, do you realize that your own child needs care too? They literally let the baby become a toy for the adopted child (though he's not being mean about it) and will left the baby every time they have family vacation or meeting etc!! That's not how you raised children. The story would have been fine without the MPreg honestly it left a bitter taste in my mouth. <<less
