It feels like the author has a bad sense of time because I feel like he has either passed the deadlines for certain things but it may just be the author forgot entirely which brings me to my second point the protagonist gets too many quests it’s hard to keep Track of them due to the fact I read two novels recently that are like this one this flaw feel a lot more glaring because he isn’t the legendary mechanics’s protagonist who feels like he has a lot planned out and a decent schedule to follow and it’s not like realm of myths and legends where everything ties back into itself it also has a lot of Demi cultivation stuff which I feel lukewarm about at best especially compared to realm of myths and legends I think the world is a bit underdeveloped  like it’s built almost entirely on gameplay stuff and the storytelling is pretty weak as in the in novel in game storytelling overall I like it’s world and system a lot less then legendary mechanic as well as I feel that it’s pacing is much weaker.

It feels like the author forgets stuff a lot like how Assassins alliance more or less disappeared after he helped them raid a dungeon also most of his early team seemed to disappear be it the summoner and the oracle or even lonely snow it would have been fine if the author briefly mentioned some reason for their decrease in prominence but he didn’t I also don’t like the fact that I’m almost 800 chapters in and he is still using the secret identity it would have been fine if it was for a few 100 chapters or so and they had separate purposes 1 fighting genius 1 master forger but no he’s basically just black flame now I get that it might make it hard to use the demon mask fully if he reveals he can do that but I’m sure the author could figure out something to solve that, I don’t like how many secrets the mc keeps from his Guild’s inner circle I get he has to hide the regressor thing at least i guess I’m never really a fan of mc hides big secret that either never gets revealed or when it does it doesn’t really matter it’s just annoying to me I think the fact that most of the quests main contribution to the overarching story line is loot is annoying and drastically lowers the story quality it also lessens the type of players you won’t get things like the char in legendary mechanic who became a pro because she liked the lore and followed it finding secrets doing so it’s more just random action gives quests the author loves his randomness a lot of stuff is random like the potential of a personal guard in legendary mechanic you would probably be able to stumble on something randomly but there tends to also be a way by knowing lore  <<less

The story is ok but the mc just keeps getting into dumb situations and has no downtime *spoilers* I could take most of the flaws... more>> until they introduced angula like the mc should have got rid of the demon general and then how the harem was established the the mc happened to sleep f*ck the elf princess like what and he’s like I’m sexually open to this stuff whatever harems aren’t inherently a negative it’s just there something that are rarely done well because instead of developing the relationship of the mc and one girl it’s divided into multiple but my issue here is he didn’t talk to his first partner about this first he’s kind of a douche because of it I’m sure she’s fine with it because harem tag and there was obvious signs of harem but you gotta talk about it aside from that people like the mc too easily but I’m taking a break from this story for a while <<less
