I am so tired of the "I'm not gay/not willing, but it felt so good last night, and he will kill anyone else I might fall in love with, so maybe I don't really mind that much, but I will keep running away because I think I'm addicted to being forced down" protagonists! So I'm creating a list that is completely opposite.
The most important criterion for choosing the novels is how honest and genuine the protagonists are to each other. There is no particular order, new additions are at the top of the list.

Can I suggest 'Don’t Pick Up Boyfriends From the tr*sh Bin' the translation is still ongoing but MC's are pretty level headed so I think it could qualify (also thank you for this list it's truly a blessing,)
I have a bit of a busy month so the list is not updated currently, but I'm very grateful for suggestions, because every suggestion might become my new favourite novel.

Yup, I am still updating. I do not have the goal of making a complete list, I just add a novel whenever I find a good one. This list has only 2 novels that I 'liked but didn't love', the rest are my absolute favourites.
Your list is good, I tried to make one for BG too, but gave up because equality is harder to find in BG stories. Usually, it's either a spoiled little wife and an overbearing husband or henpecked husband and Mary Sue(ish) wife. Or maybe I'm just bad at finding the novels I like.

There's some referenced non-con on the first chapter of that last one, but after that the ML was pretty respectful and not very pushy.
These three novels all have pretty sweet, earnest ML and they actually know how to respect their love interests. I have a mighty need for these types, yeah.

[Edit: Ghosts Know and Wife is First are in my 'favorite' list now, but I'm not sure if Wife is First suits this list. I completely forgot to check Blooming Romance out, will do that sometime soon]
