General Rule: Novels that have not updated in the last 3 months | Novels that the translator explicitly said they were going to drop

Note : This list will be kept (semi) up to date and all novels that have been picked up will be deleted from the list and novels that have not updated in 3 months or dropped will be added, so the list will change constantly
