That was so cute. I have no complaints whatesoever. The translation was clear and neat. The transmigrator shou x reincarnater gong is a really interesting concept to me (as this is the first novel I've encountered with this sort of plot). The characters are unique, and really interesting!! I love the interactions the characters will have on the forum, but I especially love the cute relationship between the two leads. ML was wary about MC at first, but now he very obviously has a giant soft spot for him. 

I cannot wait to see their relationship grow and blossom. Definitely earned a place on this list. <<less

I didn't expect to love an esports novel, but I read the reviews and I caved, like how bad could it be with reviews & ratings like that? But this was so well translated, and was just SO good. WAY better than expected. 

Whoever translated this, hi there, thank you for your hard work ilysm, I read this and I'm just so happy. This just gave me the strength to power through my day.

Firstly: the fluffiness!! It's so cute!!! I squealed multiple times while reading this.Then, can we talk about the characters?? Soft's Daddy/Mommy water friends? Basically everyone is so loveable and unique! The ML is doting and cute, Soft is a bit grumpy but aLSO VERY CUTE and everyone in the team is just oh so likeable.

Let me tell you, kind person. I read this short story in probably less than 7 minutes, but i'll still remember it for so long. You will never regret picking up this story. It's not very angsty, per say; it ends very nicely. Just, very memorable. It makes you want to cherish the people in your life. It's beautiful, a tale of two childhood friends. One is a hero who keeps getting lost, and the other is his childhood friend who grounds him and finds him again, no matter how many times. 

he story switches between the childhood friends' POV. It never mentions names, only "my childhood friend." And somehow, this makes the story even more poignant and unique. This is not BL, but a chance of beautiful friendship or bromance (if you will).

Every time Shang Ke reincarnates, he always dies dramatically, leaving everyone behind mourning mourning for the heroic martyr he is. Like, he MUST. Or else his system won't allow him to reincarnate and survive back in his "real" world. 

I really must admire how versatile he is, he certainly adapts very well. But the ML, poor guy. Every time he gets with Shang Ke, they're brutally ripped away from each other since Shang Ke dies. But beautifully, you know? Gives you that nice burn of angst. 

Each arc of this story felt like angst AUs at first since we don't really see any correlation between the arcs except the ML, but soon everything kind of wraps together and the author sneakily mentions references from other arcs of the story into different settings. 

And our lovely author gives us a Re: arc route, which means Shang Ke goes back in time and lives happily with the ML in that arc. That's where the fluff comes in. 

Don't miss out on this flaming awesome novel. it hurt, but it hurt good. <<less

I really want to hate the MC. I want to slander her for being s*upid and silly and holding on to that one man, even though he treated her with such coldness. I want to scream at her for being way too possessive and resorting to terrible means... but I can't. 

I can't. 

She definitely wasn't an innocent and pure soul, but her love was definitely clear with no other intentions. She was just so stubborn and set on what she wanted. She loved him, and would get him. Her whole life was him, every detail made her happy. 

She was appeased with such little things. She did so much, get gained so little from him. She was just so optimistic and peppy, it hurts me so much to write this right now, remembering. The whole story felt so very human. The leads were not perfect. No, not by a long shot. 

They had so many flaws, and they just felt wholly real. So f*cking sad the human condition is. it was so heartbreaking to read, because love will be mixed with all sorts of these ugly emotions He Yujin expresses. She was truly, truly human after all. It's really devastating how she was the epitome of "living for love..." until she wasn't. 

'Hi, Gao Fei. I'm He Yujin, let's be friends.' is what she said when she met him. And then she became his wife. 

Too late, he wished he could say to her 'Hi, He Yujin. I'm Gao Fei, let's be friends.' and then become her husband. I think if we only got the main story, I would have rated this much lower. In all honesty, I didn't really delve into the main story about He Yujin as much as I really went in with the Gao Fei's POV. It felt like He Yujin's story was a prologue to the pain and suffering happening later. To Gao Fei.

⚠️ SPOILERS INCOMING ⚠️ (spoilers will be marked with ⚠️ ): 

⚠️ Something the translator said at the end, which I really think sums up this story:

Madmen – He Yujin; Gao Fei. One was insane while she lived; the other was forced to insanity as he lived.

Their love ended before it could begin. He Yujin will never know that, even without realising it, Gao Fei had already come to love her, and Gao Fei will never have the chance to tell her that, it turns out, his love for her was no less than hers for him. ⚠️ 

He Yujin loved too much; Gao Fei loved too late.

This hit hard.

Their love ended before it could begin, one loved too much and the other loved too late.

Gao Fei's POV is also extremely human. It's the part that I really enjoyed, because it hurt so f*cking bad.

⚠️ He has a slow decent into madness, but denies all of it. It makes me wonder, if they really do get reunited back up there, would they be able to live out a beautiful dream? ⚠️

Another thing translator said:

" There is one kind of love – I love you, and this has nothing to do with you, but I love you.

There is another kind of love – I hate you, and I will never love you, but I will follow you in your death. "

Perfectly sums up this story.

Somehow, this has the same vibe as Transmigrating Into The Heartthrob's Cannon Fodder Childhood Friend (but is still very unique in it's own right). Am I the only one who sees it? The beautiful rich young master MC x handsome intelligent ML - also set in a school setting, with them being major figures, and everyone anticipating their every interaction.

This story is very endearing for me to read, I don't exactly know why. Just, I feel some sort of nostalgia when I first read it and I could not put it down. The word I would describe this with is "refreshing." It's incredibly refreshing and sexy (is that too strong a word?) to read about, and I'm always anticipating a new chapter.

The main couple's relationship is very similar to TITHCFC, but somehow, it's still very much unique and interesting still (maybe because I'm just a sucker for this kind of plot). 

So, it's TITHCFC + VAMPIRES thrown into the mix, and I'm really glad they actually went into his cravings and feelings instead of "Oh welp, guess I'm a vampire now lol guess I gotta deal with it now haha, " like in a lot of media. I'm hoping they go into how he becomes a vampire, instead of just brushing it aside. 

I'd definitely recommend to anyone. 

Especially if you like Transmigrating Into The Heartthrob's Cannon Fodder Childhood Friend. This is a better love story than Twilight, promise. <<less

THIS IS A FLUFF GOLDMINE. 

I am dying from fluff as I type this right now. 

It's a quick, adorable read about an introverted blind boy who virtually connects with a stranger on an app and has him help out in some mundane tasks (because he cannot see). He looks forward to these meetings more than he should, but it's okay, since the receiving party is also hopelessly enamored. 

The characters are so endearing (especially the aunt, like can we please have more lovely women supporting cast member who AREN'T portrayed as b*tches?), and it's a pretty short read. 

I would read this if I was sad, and heck i'd read it even if I wasn't. It just gives you "feel-good" simplicity vibes, and I could gush about this for hours. just read it. I smiled and grinned like a goof the whole way through. <<less

to be honest, i've seen a lot of reviews say it was boring or tedious, and i've got to say i see it. but i still love this, nonetheless. This story was a nice, comfortable read. No incredibly through world building or lore, but it felt like i was just following a sweet guy cooking and his daily streams, which was so nice to read, even if the streams got repetitive after a little while. The story grew a rhythm that some will like, and others don't.... more>>
