I absolutely adore Copper Coins, it reminds me of Mo Dao Zu Shi.... more>> The main character is a dramatic dragon that you will absolutely grow attached to, and the male lead is a chill monk who likes to indulge the dragon. It is short though, so the story may feel rushed near the end, but all the characters get a happy ending so it's worth it. <<less

Honestly, I am so disappointed in this novel. It started off so strong, but it fell off in the end. Many readers complained about the chasing arc being too long, but it was still okay for me. What I disliked was how it concluded, very anti-climactic. There were so many opportunities for amazing plot points but it felt so underutilized or overlooked. Moreover, many moments where it felt like it was going in a good direction suddenly fell off at critical times.
