with the male leads just cause they are called a villain in the blurb or by others- they don't actually seem like villains or the author skims over it and doesn't  write much

 so I wanted to dedicate this list partly to those EVIL ML's who are involved with killing a lot, borderline mad, are constantly doing bad things and there's is a bit more description of such things

Usually you can see this where the male lead is sometimes genuinely mean to the MC and we see MC struggle being around them
also I'm including torture, cruelty, or just kinda both are evil lets-take-over-the-world-together kind of romances 

lets burn in hell together ....
