One of my favorite male leads ever! Pei Shaoze is the perfect mature, gentle, and sweet man. This novel is very slice of life because of President Pei’s calm, logical, and straightforward personality. What really draws me in is that President Pei is selfless in the way that he doesn’t do things purely because of the system or his own benefit. He ignores the system most of the time which makes the progression very natural and not restricting or fake and riddled with misunderstandings like most system bound characters. He also actually cares for MC by letting MC makes his own decisions and helping MC succeed rather than the typical overbearing president = easy success... more>> for omega partner in this business setting. The relationship development is very realistic and lovable as well. Original s*um alpha dog blood revenge novel has turned into a lovely romance.

On another note, the author is amazing at actually fleshing out professional business world and all the the hard work the Alpha does. You come with President Pei as he organizes and lays the groundworks for the company and MC’s success so it’s not just a 2D title without any substance.
