Can you tell me why you dropped what happens when the second male lead power up??
ISAAC IS REALLY GOOD, TRUST ME!
There is no harem, no sudden power up, no op, no game elements, and NO BETA MC! He is just, crazy but cunning. There is heroine, but she hate MC. I mean, really really hate. Isaac is like tr*sh of Count Family where there are harem but is it not harem. People, men or women, (AND ANIMAL!) just flocking around him. The difference is in TCF it's because the MC charisma and MC is kind, but in Isaac it's because people is afraid of MC, but people know that flocking around him is for the best. He is not tr*sh. He is just hate war, and wanna to live in peace, people around him taht push him around to world problem like war or etc so he must to behave like tr*sh. He is tr*sh just to adult, but he is so kind to children.
TL;DR: I REALLY RECOMMEND Isaac for you BUT if you want novel with romance, op MC, and hate slow pace, Isaac is not for you
