I am sick and tired of reading novel after novel showcasing toxic relationship as romance in BL novels. Depicting lust, addiction, possessiveness, jealousy, s*xual harassment, infatuation and desire as love, I don't understand what the majority of authors of BL novels are trying to achieve.

I stan this list so hard and totally agree with what you're saying. I have a private list called "Absolute Favorite BL - Healthy Relationships and Mutual Respect" myself, haha.
Here's a recommendation for your list as well as general reading: They All Say I’ve Met a Ghost. It's super sweet and the relationship is super healthy, though it's not a "fluff" novel since it revolves more around plot, I suppose. But I absolutely recommend it, it's really great.
Also stuff like Guide on How to Fail at Online Dating, Everyone Thinks that I Like Him, 100k Volts Electrocutes You to Death, The Wrong Way to a Demon Sect Leader, and How Could This Cat Tease Me? are all super healthy and good.
There's some other stuff too, but I'll stop now. Sorry for spamming a bunch of recommendations. I just want to say your list is *chef's kiss*
