Shou is a cotton candy, soft and sweet. He's very patient with the people around him most especially with our gong. He's the type that you want to protect with all your might. And he loves his collection of pengornises so much. First few chapters makes me teary eyed because of his internal struggle and the vivid descriptions of his life, his loneliness and his first love. I really wanted to commit a crime when he recounted the story of his first love while he's drunk and how sad he is then his plan on commiting su*cide because of loneliness I hate that Yan dude!

Our gong is a total jerk at first, so just be patient with him. He will gradually change and will find his "match" and will taste his own medicine. You will like him later. The only thing that won't change is how wild he is in bed, poor Shou! Although he loves to explore too and a little wild as well, he's no match with our gong. I, most of the time, would feel bad for him, oh well, I think he's enjoying every moment of it anyway!

The story is well balanced. The tags there for a reason, so if you're not comfortable with any of them, stop and find another novel. Story is 10/10 <<less

It's no way perfect but it's still an enjoyable read. Also the gong is a gentleman which is very rare. lol Overall, a good read with a touch off comedy, no angst and lots of mouthful fluff!

By far one of the most realistic slice of life novel. A story between two adults that have a very painful and traumatic past. I adore the maturity of this story, the ML and MC communicates well. I also love their set of friends, they are hilarious and very supportive. I especially love Xiaobei and his own love arc.

The story is about healing, acceptance and growth. I am not used to omega x omega pairing, I was skeptic at first, but the whole journey takes me to another kind of understanding. Although Alpha in ABO world were always regarded as the "protector" of their loved ones and the stronger kind, here it shows the other side of them. Also the younger omega, although he suffered a lot, he becomes strong in order to protect the one he loves. Story is heartwarming and is binge worthy. Story 9/10, sensuality 9/10. <<less

I just don't understand why some people are hating the MC so much, I mean why? 

[spoiler]He was abducted as a child for a year!!! Imagine how traumatic is that? He developed PTSD and even before he was fully healed his mom died and he blamed himself. He wanted to heal completely by having a new environment and persona. He doesn't want to be treated special hence the lies begins. Although, I do not approved of his lying about his dad as a drunkard, but the idea didn't came from him and he just really wanted to have a new start and his dad is very supportive of QS, as long as it will help him, then by all means his dad, grandpa and granddad will do everything/anything. [/spoiler]

The backstory of MC and ML about their mother is heart wrenching! ugh! I cried a lot. Also Lou Xiao's mom, terrible! Good thing they found the right people that helped them heal. 

No matter what other reviewers said, I highly recommend this one. If you want a more in-depth review, find * just-add-oil*, she explained it better. So don't missed out on this beautiful novel!  <<less

The ML is a god of study and also a prodigy (painting). He's indifferent at first but when he met and finally developed his feelings towards our MC, he becomes doting, sweet and a devoted lover/father.I like the progress of their relationship, they are each other's beacon, they are each other's fortress. They are together through ups and downs and supported each other's dreams. I love their family of three plus the ducky!lol I adore Little Lychee so much! He's so cute, I wonder what his 2nd gender will be. 

Overall, if you like to see a different kind of omega, then this one's for you. <<less
