This is a very beautiful and sweet story. 

A simple romance story with realistic Mpreg aspect and medical element. Both MC and ML are doctor and nemesis of each other. The Character and relationship development are really well written.

Personally for me MC give more of Seme (gong) vibe to me. He's Puppy type. Obedient, bit naive, pure and adorable soul that love their love to death. My type of seme. But then, ML has been seme in all his previous relationship plus i think there were some sign of him as seme or maybe they are just switch or i might have perceived it wrong. 

Still whenever ML is with MC, he gives me uke vibes like a Cool, Strong, Rich, badass, sassy Uke..... again totally my type of uke <<less
