This story is quick refreshing, and is surprisingly really enjoyable. The MC goes to green plum island to live with his grandpa during the summer before he starts college and falls in love with the 'young dad' neighbor. The relationship that forms is fascinating as the MC pursues the ML; the MC is mature where the ML is immature and vice versa so there doesn't feel like a power imbalance between them.
