This is probably the best character growth novel I've ever read. Moreover, the novel becomes unrecognizable towards the final chapters (as of the time of me writing this). In fact, I can firmly say that in chapter 1163 the novel is comparable to some of the best novels I've ever read.

This is not a novel about grinding for gear and battling other guilds like ROTSSG, this is a novel about players (called "Golden Suns" by the NPCs), trying to find their place in this new world.

Our MC is one of the few mage players in the game; with the reason being that the mage class doesn't have the ability to learn skills like the other casters do. Mage class players have to do actual math, and simulate models in order to derive the node configuration of each spell. The class is extremely boring and difficult, but our MC manages to become the best mage among the newbies by finding himself in a few lucky situations and working insanely hard on discovering the ins and outs of magic.

This is a beautiful novel, with beautiful world building and characters. There are currently around 410 chapters out, so definitely give it a read! <<less
