[BL] CN Historical with Gers/Bios/Moye
This is my list of novels where in that particular world, there are Gers, men who can give birth and have a mark in the middle of their forehead/ in between their brows (in some settings the mark of ger is located either on wrist or on the arm and sometimes it is shaped like a flower). It's somehow the same with Omegaverse BUT without the pheromones and all, so no ABO. These mostly contains novels in ancient times and gers may be referred as 'bio', 'moye', or other names.
MC could be the gong or the ger one. They could be farming, doing business, cultivating, royalty, and many other things. Again, this is not omegaverse. There's no QT in here too (since I'm not really a fan of it hehe) - although there might be transmigration/reincarnation/regression or something, or maybe nothing at all.

Tranmigration of Mian shouldn't be here. The world is a normal one. There's no actual Mpreg too because the baby is born from Supernatural plant/flower.

One of my favorite novel and one of the first that I have read about gers. The earlier chapters translated the gender as 'twin' which has confused the heck out of me because he has no twins me see have finished it by MTL but it had kinda fried my brain
so I'm currently following its ongoing updated with proper translations (I just wish it could update more frequently).
What I have learnt about 'mpreg' set in the ancient era: Ger is a secondary gender like omega but the details are a bit from a novel to another (just like omegaverse). For instance in some settings the mark of ger is located either on wrist or on the arm and sometimes it is shaped like a flower.
There is another type of ancient-style mpreg males called 'moye' which is like exception to the general rule (some men just happen to be able to conceive, reasons vary). I like that genre as well.
