Everyone has their own tastes. For me a very important part of a novel is the end. If I don't like the end, that can turn a novel I loved to read into a novel I don't like. RI was banned and has no real end. That's a minus. Above that I read the novel while it was still ongoing. I think around ch. 1000 -ch 1300 (?) I thought it became quite longwinding. It seemed the arc would never end. This could have been because I was reading it 1 chapter per day at the time while it was being written. I decided to quit reading and continue when the novel ended. Then it was on hiatus for a long time if I remember correctly. I resumed reading when I heard the author seemed to have almost finished the novel but I never really got into it again. And then I found out it got banned in China (was this again?) and so it was never finished. So yeah, a 4 rating is pretty good for me under those conditions I think.
