Plot is full of face slapping amd reversals but its not all at once so its not too boring. The MC is soo good at scheming and theres lots of arcs and plots. But the villains always get face slapped and MC always gets suuuchhh satisfying revenge. Anyway read if you want a shy ML and girlboss feminist mc! Also a lot of v interesting knowledge ab China in the 70s.  <<less

Honestly.... this isn't really a school life novel either (only in the very beginning). MC is a hacker who has reincarnated in the body of a girl pretending to be a boy. Genius... criminal solver... etc. Her past life plays a BIG role in her new life and pretty much is the leading plotline.  <<less

Again very brainless fluffy novel. Serrriiooooussslly super head empty. Even I thought it dragged on a little at the end but I’m such a sucker for MC’s turning itno animals that I loved it. So the blood-related rich son has come back and the rich family KICKED the other son out. The MC is this wrong son who's been living a life of luxury beforehand and now he has to live in a faraway border town. It's pretty sad and there's a lot of angst. For starters, his blood related poor family doesn't actually like him that much and misses the other son. So the MC is evidently very alone and he turns to gaming in order to earn money. ... more>>

It's very clear that if not the ML's existence helping him (secretly ofc) the MC would've died. The title is so light hearted for something that made me cry so much. MC is a very prideful individual and it's.... it's really sad. He works for money and instead of using it to buy food or warm clothing, he uses it to pay off his 'life debt' to his previous rich family. It's so sad. Luckily, things get better and the novel plot is pretty good. 

I put this novel on the Finished Gold's list purely because of the very last chapter. It's actually a side one shot exploring what would happen if the ML was too late essentially and GOD I BAWLED. Anyway, highly rec. <<less
