This novel contains attempted r*pe (Not from main couple tho) a very f*cked up version of love and a large age difference. The FL is 15, but in this universe, that's the legal age. Be wary.

This is another ABO world, but unlike Small and soft girl A x Overbearing president man O, this novel takes a much darker tone.

r*pe is mentioned often in this novel, same with the word usage of 'slut' and 'whore' in a very derogatory manner.

I highly suggest people who are sensitive to these topics to steer clear. No matter how good the story is, it isn't worth your mental health.

Our ML is an exiled omega working tirelessly through his days trying to survive. On lucky days, at most a few disgusted glances. On bad, r*pe and assault.

Our FL is a rich, feminine young lady alpha who has loved him since she was 7.

Throughout the story, we go through it in the MLs POV. This novel is very realistic in its portrayal of what the actual mentality a weak person would have when 'courted' by a stronger, higher-ranking person.

He doesn't think, 'how nice, he doesn't lean to her touch, he always keeps a certain distance because he knows she can take everything from him. So he gives her nothing...

At the start.

Soon, of course, he starts to develop feelings for her until she finds out.

Read this to see what happens after she finds out, as I find those parts of the novel the most impactful. This novel is not happy. The ending could be considered a HE, but it entirely depends on what you see 'happiness' is like.

This story is of a twisted romance born from love turning into an obsession. The FL is young and though she is slightly more mature, her age shows by the way she treats the ML. She doesn't understand what his trauma stems from and often times crosses the line of what should be acceptable. You'll understand when you read it.

It's overall a very interesting and well-written novel. However, it is very dark and I don't recommend reading if you have any type of s*xual trauma. I really like this novel and I appreciate the author taking a much darker tone. It's rare to see Female A x Male O, even more so ones with a dark tone fo them. Highly recommend reading, but only when you're in the best mental state. <<less
