Most of these are slice of life novels, focusing on building/raising/expanding territories of any kind - can be kingdoms, tribes, farms, havens, empires, and nations in apocalypse, modern, fantasy, historical or interstellar ages. Main character can be humans and non-humans (zombies, animals, etc.). In no particular order.

Does not include the following: (1) Novels with storyteller/MC adventuring all over the place, familiarizing to the new environment (a.k.a. world touring) yet NOT building own haven and (2) Novels whose storyteller/MC are only passively affected by territory building and not actively expanding it.
