I really liked the first volume but the later ones just fell short. I agree with Attica that the novel would've been better if there weren't so many time skips, excluding the MC from most of the plot. <<less

I would've liked to see more side stories of the other characters like Jing Ting, Yu Tianyi, and the mysterious father. The ending was also very abrupt and it didn't feel quite like an ending... is there a sequel or extras we're missing? My overall impression of the book is that it's just readable (unlike 'Every Day the Protagonist Wants to Capture Me' which was terrible) though, but I would like to read the continuation if it existed. <<less
