 got kinda annoyed when the author spent a lot of time establishing mc's blindness and the writing fir it was really good, but then in the next book it was like the author forgot the mc was blind or just didnt care to write like the mc was still blind. At first the author did good, but then theyd describe a bunch of things the mc wouldnt possibly know, my biggest problem being with color <<less

This book seriously changed my perspective on cultivation novels. At some point I found myself avoiding cuktivation novels because I didn't really get why everyone was trying to acsend, or felt like the different stages of power didnt make sense to me, and most of all, it always felt like everyone had the same powers. Not to say this is true, only that it was my perspective. Now I have a whole new perspective. This book's main couple is firstly amazing, but secindly the supporting cast is all so good as well, personality and otherwise. The different pathways, as well as the difference between righteous and demonic cultivators finally made sense to me and honestly... more>> kind of just shattered my worldview for a moment. 

To prevent more rambling, I'm trying to say that I 100% recomend this novel to anyone who likes cultivation danmei with good plot and worldbuilding that does the "i didnt know I was in love with you" trope with flying colors.  <<less
