Such a cute and refreshing story! MC is so cute trying to dressing up to attract attention everyday, he’s also such a dreamer and shy delulu. As for the ML, at first I was a bit skeptical about a butcher being the ML, but their interaction is just so cute. The story feels down to earth and wholesome sexy neighbor story. Why do you need a Prince Charming when you got a butcher in your neighborhood? XDD 

I know the story is not that deep, but give it a try when you’re in need of fluff and some s*xual tension. MC is such a virg*n seducer! Also consent yes yes yes! <<less

I cried a few times too but the story is not that heavy, it’s just driven by good plot. However, the last few chapters are a bit anticlimactic. ML here is mute, but it didn’t make the story any less enjoyable. They have their own way of communication, and the story just gets sweeter without being cloying. ML is a super green flag! The whole story is a green flag field! MC is a silly fish! I deduct point because there’s some plot holes (which can be overlook as it’s in fluff category).

Before ML notice his feeling, I felt sad for MC, but after that I’m just damnn ML is not holding back! MC is strong and mature, ML is kinda like the gayest straight homophobic (with a good reason). While some parts are not perfect, I love that the author tackle some interesting topics that are often overlooked in common BL trope. The extras are also very satisfying! I loveeeee both MC and ML so much! There’s character development, MC ML are not face slapping OP. ML is more golden retriever than cold dominant ceo type. They’re so so sweet! I would definitely reread the story. The downside is that the translation is not that good, it lacks edits? It feels like translator translate using google translate first then edit with their knowledge. So some parts flow really natural, some part is weird and inconsistent due to lack of edit. (For example: Jiang City > Jiangzhou > Kyoto, alternative self > copy, mix ups between MC ML names) but it’s still better than real MTL so still thanks! <<less

I completed the story, didn’t read the extras (ch.168+) though because it’s not finished translated. I personally really like this trope and dynamic. Even though the story is not perfect, and some part of development feels lacking, I really enjoy the dynamic between the couple. ML is such a greenflag sugar daddy that it feels both adorable and dumb and mildly frustrating. MC is strong, rational, reasonably calm but also sensitive. Would reread this
