Well, if the criteria to make it on the list is "Super OP MC where nobody is his match right from the beginning of the story", although I haven't read the novels yet, if the manga series are anywhere accurate, then I could recommend "The New Gate" and "Log Horizon". Both of those start with the MC's strong right from the get-go, as they're essentially veteran gamers who have maxed out their skills and have hit the level cap and are now just gaming for fun (when they're thrown into this "Game-World-Now-Turned-Reality").

Also, 2 other series that could potentially match the criteria are "Isekai Yururi Kikou" and "Tensei Kenja no Isekai Raifu". Although they're honestly more laid-back slice-of-life-ish, rather than hardcore high fantasy adventure, the MC's also start off with OP skills/abilities that makes it so they could totally beat the living crap out of anyone if they really wanted.
