Oh man I do love a sick husbando too! I feel like there is a sub-genre of “Sleeping Beauty” sick MLs where we are just waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for him to be awake at the same time as the MC

For a more modern one, this author is really excellent. The husbando has webnovel autism, which I don’t really view as an “illness” exactly, but everyone around him treats the husbando like he is sick, so I think it counts.

If you enjoyed "Reborn to Love Lord Qian Sui," I *highly* recommend checking out "I Married an Exasperating Eunuch. The ML in this one is also a Eunuch and our MC has a a time of it overcoming his inferiority complex and convincing him that yes, she does really like him.
