I did start off this novel not caring much for the potential romance between the MC and ML, or about why their personalities are so twisted, but after getting pretty far into the novel I did start genuinely sympathizing for both characters. ML’s backstory was actually unexpected and different from anything else I’ve read before, and MC’s ambition was also new to me, since it wasn’t something like returning home or saving mankind. Both really interesting characters, and the way the instances are set up similar to an idol survival show is really original. Such a cool story to read. <<less

I enjoyed how hard-working our MC is, and how much they push themselves throughout the story. One of the few novels I can actually say gets better as you read on. Same as what Tutubitter said, it starts off a little slow due to MC being dirt-poor, but picks up its pace as it goes on. Another one that was pretty funny with a strong and independent MC (they do make friends though, which is nice). <<less

Ahhhh I just finished re-reading this novel (*^^*) seriously in my top recommended. My only complaint is that it needed to be longer (idc that it already has 250+ chapters, I’m greedy), even though I did really like the ending. The time skips were a bit sad to read. Author kinda skipped over a lot of events that could’ve been included, but I still really enjoy this story.

Raon kind of reminds me of the MC from Kill the Hero since they both want revenge after being the “hunting dog” during their original life, and I seriously enjoyed both novels because they are right up my alley (ﾟ∀ﾟ). ... more>>

I also wish the MC struggled a bit more since he’s already pretty badass throughout the story, and found the system a bit overkill for his reincarnation, but did that stop me from really enjoying this story? Absolutely not. So I also recommend just jumping in and trying it to see if you’ll like it. <<less

Every now and then I think about this novel… this might actually be my favorite Unlimited Flow novel simply based on how elaborate each instance is. One of the few UF novels I sometimes had to take a few-minute break from during instances since it can get pretty gruesome.

~Cunning, Deceitful and Intelligent MC. I hesitated a little adding him to the list since he never ends up truly trusting anyone, but I respect that he sticks to his ideals and knows what kind of person he is from the start of the story. He’s heartless to others and even more heartless to himself, but does things that will benefit both himself and others. He won’t shy away from danger but won’t put himself through it without 100 percent confidence in surviving and gaining something out of it. He does start opening up a tiny bit (even if he wouldn’t admit it) later in the story.... more>>

He’s pretty stubborn in his own ways and will manipulate those around him to get what he wants, but he doesn’t really have bad intentions, there’s just always a distance between himself and others and he’s not willing to let people get too close to him. 

A little random, but I also appreciate that he genuinely had bad luck. His luck is awful, and thats carried out through the story instead of being forgotten or not true.  <<less

~Ruthless, rule-breaking and brutal MC. It’s been a while since I’ve read about a consistently violent MC willing to kill anyone who upsets him. I really appreciate reading about insane MCs that have their own bottom lines, and once crossed are merciless and unhesitating when killing. Basically a “listen to me or I’ll kill you” attitude throughout the novel, very satisfying.

Just a personal wish, but it would’ve been nice if the MC had his previous life’s looks since he seemed to look pretty cool then (and I’m all for piercings and all black clothes…). It’s a nice contrast to look innocent and be absolutely batsh*t, but I still prefer him looking the part of a villain. Also didn’t care for the setup of MC’s sister’s reveal along with the system info, all felt like it happened in one chapter and was all resolved too quickly imo.  <<less
