I’m at chapter 70 (most recent chapter update) and woah. I’m blown away at this story. I’ve enjoyed every moment. The protagonist is so complex, but smart and realistic. She feels so grounded. Similarly, the love interests have complex personalities. If anything the more complex the character means the more backstory they have! This is such a great read I really encourage people to read it!

Now for a summary: the protagonist is a Saintness purely for spying reasons. The first arc is in the Holy Empire and you can consider this her training arc so tons of smut lol. The second arc is in the kingdom she’s supposed to spy her and she gains more skills necessary to her (like potion making). However, no matter what she’s doing she is focused on the reverse harem path so she completes quests to gain affection. I am being vague for non-spoiler reasons so it’s not remotely as boring as I’m making it seem lol. The story is focused around quest completion. <<less

The entire novel’s premise is the FL is in an otome game, and this is her 1000th attempt. She is granted two OP skills to help her. She must balance “7 boats” (term to mean seven relationships) in order to finish game. She failed so many times because the male leads “blackened” (aka became yanderes) and killed her. FL is kind of a mary sue, but I don’t mind it because her OP skills are only used occasionally. Her true talent comes out in manipulating the hearts of everyone, and successfully balancing the relationships. This novel is sectioned in between arcs which showcase two relationships at a time, so the pacing is well-done. This reverse harem style was masterfully done!  <<less

The plot is directly tied to the p*rn so there isn’t much lull in the storyline. It’s about a woman named Rose, who is a transmigrator, into a novel where s**en consumption makes her stronger (aka increase her stats). She can’t fulfill her ultimate goal of climbing of a difficult tower without stat upgrades. Of course, the male leads are the reason she has huge stat increases lolol. I love it but I can just enjoy a smutty story without much stress. I have laughed multiple times when reading it! <<less

Female protagonist is the typical gorgeous MC but her story is centered around a certain item that helps her unlock a secret ending. The enjoyment of this story is mainly seeing all the crazy quests she gotta complete lolol. This is definitely a book where all the love interests openly share the MC instead of the MC trying to hide her relationship with all of them. <<less

I really enjoy the female lead, and she’s quite realistic her actions can be frustrating (but in an understandable way haha). Probably one of the most realistic leads in this list. She’s not magically talented or cunning but she’s trying her best. She’s endearing, and the plot twists are super satisfying. I’m genuinely never sure exactly what will happen next. I definitely recommend checking this out.

And of course there is a possessive and jealous MC. It starts out as “resenting lovers” (male lead didn’t like her at the start) but he warms up very quickly to her.  <<less

This book has a more somber tone than most of the books in this list but that’s due to defying some of the typical plot points in the transmigration genre. Such as, the protagonist not being able to hide she transmigrated to this body because she acts so differently. This is a huge part of the book. There is officially three male love interests and I enjoy them all but I like the psychopathic one the most haha. The author fleshes out the personality of the male leads way more than expected especially for a reverse harem story. It has a good mix of focusing on an actual plot whilst having great steamy moments <<less

The plot surrounds a transmigrator who must stop the fated Lucifer and his awakening which will end in the death of everyone in the mansion. The FL chooses the role of maid so she can easily sneak through the mansion and gather clues to stop this fated disastrous event. The twist is any of the male leads could be Lucifer so these clues are necessary at uncovering who will be responsible and stop them before it happens. As usual, the male leads are obsessive but in this story it’s more of a s*xual obsession (but still enjoyable to read haha). I like all the male leads and I enjoyed reading this story to the end!  <<less
