Enjoyed Reading - Probably Won't Read Again
List of novels that I enjoyed reading, but not so much that I'll probably want to read it again.  Making this list to help me remember all novels I've read.

I could have really loved this novel.  I love the FL (mostly), but the translation was maybe 1 or 2 steps above MTL.  Names all over the place, unclear dialogue, back and forth translating names to English vs. using the pinyin... I found myself skimming a lot near the end just to find out the ending.  Also, the pacing was way off at certain points.  A full chapter could be devoted to a single training session, while a major event *SPOILER ALERT* - the FL's capture and recovery - was 2 or 3 SENTENCES!  Again loved the premise, but it was hard to read more often than not.  The premise/plot alone is why this is... more>>

Spatial Farm Life: Raising My Kid, Abusing Scum, and Keeping Busy With Life - She was a cute and tomboyish girl attending a prestigious national university in the 21st century. However, little did anyone know that she was actually a secret agent groomed by a certain organization since childhood.

She was about to face her graduation exams when she returned from a mission. But during a break, she dozed off on her desk and unexpectedly discovered that she had transmigrated to an ancient era.

Not only did she lose her delicate appearance and the modern high-tech advancements, but she also became a discarded woman of low status!

Surprisingly, she embraced this new life and said it suited her perfectly. From then on, the so-called demure girl cultivated the land and occasionally dealt with annoying troublemakers.

She proclaimed, "Life is boring, but encountering troublemakers is great."

The male lead said, "We have our fair share of troublemakers in my household. Coincidentally, my son lacks a mother. Would the young lady be willing to join my family and live together?"

    *SPOILERS*

This one almost ended up on my disappointing list.  I like the FL and ML a lot, but there are so many ungrateful wretches that it makes the story less enjoyable.  At first, I didn't mind 1 or 2 of the people helped by FL to turn ungrateful because it at least made it a little more different/interesting than the typical novel of this type; however, it reached a point where it just got aggravating (like I am wondering if the author has some S tendencies.... -____-).  The ending was also lacking and just kinda like "well she took 20 years to reach the ultimate peak in closed door cultivation, came out and reunited with ML, the end...."

The Sickly General’s Wife With A Spatial Ability Is Loved By All - honestly on the fence for where to put this one, but ultimately decided here.  It wasn't bad, just disappointing based on what I was looking for/expecting from the title and description.  The author can spend 3 chapters discussing a recipe for food or how something was built, but what I would have seen as the climax - the entire months-long battle/war to take revenge on their enemies/seize power - is crushed into a single chapter! I was expecting more of a focus on battles, political intrigue, revenge, etc. (at least in the later chapters), but it seemed more like an afterthought while the focus was slice of life (which is fine in general, just not what I was looking for when I started this novel).   Also some plot points or storylines for side characters were left basically unresolved or SUPER vague.  I loved the characters and the concept, but was really disappointed with the pacing.
