Some might feel really frustrated with the MC, but I don't! I understand where his thoughts and fears coming from. There's a lot of misunderstandings because of miscommunication but don't fret, around chapter 45-46 things will smoothen slowly, so don't stop and feel discouraged. 

I love MC's journey to healing with the help of our ML. They were childhood friends and classmates and both does have a special feelings for each other and that secret love slowly unfold when they met again after 10 years. My heart truly hurts for the MC, how his happy life turns upside down and there's nowhere to run, so he decided to end his life in the process. I can't imagine how much pain he's going through everyday, he lost his father and their business and it goes downhill after that!! I like his dad, he's such a good person, actually both ML and MC's dad were very nice people. Some people make bad choices, the earlier they realised their mistakes, the better and for those who doesn't have anyone to lean on or to help them, I feel sad for them.

Overall, please don't be discouraged because of how he acts and thinks, he's been through so much and people cope differently, so don't compare people and how they react to situation. Be gentle and more understanding. 

That said it's 4.5/5 for me! <<less

There's fluff but not too much, there's angst and a lot of familial drama/conflict on MC's side  (the rotten family btw). The MC went through so much but now he has a loving and fulfilling life with the ML❤. But I feel that the ML suffered so much as well while waiting for his beloved to return. Anyway, they both deserve a happy life together since both went through a lot of pain and suffering and made a huge sacrifice.

Also this story is not actually for beginners who hasn't read rebirths/system/transmigration thingy, it might get a little bit confusing for sure. 

Overall, the concept is nice and gripping, the translations really good.  <<less

This is a quick, fun read. Both protagonists belongs to the crème de la crème of the society- rich kids, it's just that the shou is hilarious! He just lost a car and a house and it didn't even made a small dent to his property and yet he was thinking things in advance- being dirt poor. ahahah!

Anyway, story is a little bit silly and funny! Don't expect anything spectacular, but it's a good read. <<less

I like ML's and MC's character so much! ML is unlike the usual omnipotent gong, he made mistakes and has a complex character, he knows his flaws and tries his best to correct them. ML loves to "observe" his "canary/pets" in the special golden cage (villa), as a "hobby". 

MC, definitely is one of my favorite character so far, he's such a little sweetie with a big heart!! He's smart and knows what he truly wants. My heart  hurts him actually because of his past, good thing that he finally met ML and was saved and able to find true love and someone who cares for him. I love their interaction and how much they value and love each other. A match made in heaven indeed!!

Simon's story although he appeared probably in 2-3 chapters, made me cry so bad. His innocence and love for his friends, he doesn't deserve such ending! I hate that Carter guy, he deserve more torture and sufferings! ugh!

The story is heart-warming with enough fluff and a little smut on the side, just perfect for those who doesn't like hardcore, heart wrenching plots. This is light hearted without too much drama. There's actually nothing special about this novel, but it will keep you entertained throughout the journey. 

Also, if you're not a fan of big age difference (being the shou older than the gong), you may not like this one. But I feel that it's not too bad! Their love is pure and not forced, although a certain situation gave our lovely shou the chance to be with the gong. Both are very supportive and respectful of each other's thoughs, opinions and feelings, so this makes the relationship special.

The side characters, are just decorations! lol. The story revolves around the main couple and their journey to love and life and that's it. This is recommended for short read and just wanted fluff and no angst! <<less

The MC and ML communicated very well. Also, if you're not sure about the mpreg tag don't worry, this is where mpreg is done right, it is not weird or awkward because it was explained in medical term/ways.

I like that the author makes it as realistic as possible from the relationship to pregnancy issues to their small family and the small set of friends who knows the real story behind the couple and their child.

Xiaoxiao is so cute although she didn't inherit the genes of his fathers, she's trying to carve her own "niche". Also her ultimate crush, lol!! It''s so funny, she's a cutie!

This is about a "beautiful" Little "shameless/cunning" flower God and the Emperor. The ML and MC's interaction is somewhat cute in some way.

The ML is not actually cold hearted, it's more like he's an introverted kind of person who wants to be left alone to have a peaceful solitary life. The little flower God is different, he's naughty and persistent but very sweet, he really likes the Emperor from the start. I feel the relationship was rushed as well.

How the story was told by the old opera master about him and his husband to the reporter, is poignant and yet beautiful. My heart hurts at the same time it evokes a different emotion of love, longing and beautiful memories altogether. There's so much love from his recollection of him and his husband's first meeting to their life together. I don't know how to explain it, but you will know once you read this one. This definitely hands down better than those some 120 chapters long novels out there! 

That said, I highly recommend this nove!!! 5 stars!!!! ℒℴѵℯ*¨*• ♡ <<less
