This is similar to 'I am the Monarch' but this focuses a lot more on wars and border conflicts. Hints of romance starting at more or less the thousandth chapter. But only hints though, it's still gonna take a long time for romance to really show up. It's not harem btw.... more>>

But let me warn first, this list is neutral novels, with no romance and harem, but MTL

I've become cautious in action-centered novels with romance tag because it usually end up either becoming a drag or some things just felt off, same goes for the harem that don't mesh well with me lol.
