1st arc was a preview of what’s to come, it wasn’t that bad, but it was the only time the MC is ever shown to die.

2nd arc, weird as f*ck, adopted father and son kind romance with slight imprisonment. This was the first instance of MC telling ML to wake up.

3rd arc, erm kinda cliche with MC losing his memory and it being a cultivation world. A split personality inside a split personality is insane. I hate the split personality, I know he’s the opposite of what the other personality is but goddamn. This whole arc was pain, pain and suffering. And the plot twist at the end (when he’s done completing the mission) DOES NOT MAKE ME ANY HAPPIER.. why ML.. why do you wanna kill MC…

4th arc, JUMPSCARE! MC became a s*um man and ML is torturing him for it. I’m gonna freaking kill myself, WHAT ML MAY NOT BE ML?? SO WHOS MC BEEN SLEEPING WITH. NOOOO AFTER ALL THAT EFFORT, GONE, LIKE THAT.. Omg, ML not ML is actually a s*umbag AND HE’S JUST GASLIGHTING MC INTO THINKING THAT HE WAS THE s*umbag. Erm actually, idk anymore.. was it ML? Or not ML who’s the s*umbag. They’re both ML.. umm at least MC was able to clear up the misunderstandings fast this time

5th arc IS AN OMEGAVERSE, WHAT. Bathroom problems in an omegaverse… 6 doors. ML loooooves vinegar.. making himself an omega brother and then marrying him off to MC. This one wasn’t as heavy as the previous arcs. Though this one.. I think is maybe the last arc? And then the truth is revealed.

Damn… the truth.. wasn’t what I thought it was tbh. It’s very sad, so sad. I hope something nice happens please please please they deserve it for all the suffering they had to endure. MC WHYYYYY. I’m glad the sister is actually a good sister, she’s actually going to be the reason that MC and ML gets back together!!!

Not gonna sugar coat it anything but MC is definitely a Gary sue. Though, it’s to be expected with these type of stories. It actually wasn’t that bad that I cringed but it got kinda boring over time. Each arc was basically the same thing but with a different background for the ML. I liked this one, both the ML and MC are in lovvveeee it’s so sweet. Although… ML was kind of a stalker for MC, but hey, if MC likes that then okay. This is also one of the few times I actually liked a child in one this stories. Little goldfish was sadly just a tool for solving the relationship problems of his uncle, but he’s still a nice character. The side characters are alright but most of them are just there, nothing really happens with them, besides yuan rui and his brother. OMG him and his brother, bro yuan rui and his brother I did not pick up any “romantic air” around them but... more>> turns out they loved eachother and got together in the end!! I liked MC’s brother as well, always there as a support and has a good personality. The antagonists? The ML, oh boy. I feel so bad for him. He was a good soldier and did what was best for humanity whilst MC was so indifferent. I know when MC became a zombie his emotions basically disappeared but goodness, that does not mean you can just do anything against reason. ML fell to deeply in love with the wrong person, although I did really like his and MC’s development as a “couple” but MC only treated him as an object and not really a lover. 

Another problem I think this story has was the astronomical amount of side characters. Especially when characters disappear for a couple of chapters and then come back. I’m glad most of them had like different descriptions so I can at least infer who’s who. In the end I just feel like MC was held back by his almost separate but equal ideology, with his civilized zombies and humans. The villains.. I couldn’t remember who was who besides MC’s cousin AND there was a villain who just hated MC cause can. What kind of excuse is that..

I liked it, it was short and to the point. The story was like a mu*der mystery and a slice of life in the same sentence. I liked MC and ML’s dynamic, MC being cold and slowly warming up while in the beginning dresssed as a girl (because of OOC reasons) and ML’s teasings and him slowly realizing that he was genuinely in love with MC was nice to read. The mystery part was okay, it drove the storyline like it was supposed to and the truth actually made sense in the end. Side characters… there were a few so it’s not hard to remember them all (the translator also made a chart for hard... more>> to remember characters) they all had their little quirks. However, I did not like the ending. The ending was such a cliff hanger and then it didn’t even continue into the extras??? It just concluded?? Smh the only thing I was really mad about.

MC truly had me gripping my hair in stress. I prob lost 10 years of my life reading this. It’s not bad per se but god damn. This story was filled with misunderstandings, secondhand embarrassment, and uhhhh nonconsensual stuff. I think truly felt bad for the MC as he was forced to do all of this. ML.. well he lives up to his name of Demon King. I liked their dynamic before they start shaboinking because ML just turned into a pig and was lustful 24/7 and was extremely forceful with MC. MC’s method of getting out of this mess was actually ingenious, faking that OG MC was his son. I also liked the OG MC, he was kinda funny at the end and is definitely the basic harem MC but one of the good ones :)) . Storyline was consistent and I liked the plot. Most of it was filler but I still liked it in the end.

So it’s a QT novel, the arcs aren’t that bad tbh. The title is incredibly accurate because the first like 3 arcs was all full of face slapping. Though, along the way MC kinda loses it? Like as the story goes on the more violent and chaotic he becomes. Like I get it bro but damn. Also the ML is cute lol, always recognizing MC. But ML is literally just there, all he thinks about is the MC so it kinda gets redundant The arcs are all different from one another, that’s a plus. I think the author got lost in the sauce because by the ending of the story it was just full blood shed. BTW the translation is kinda dodgy when Hollywood Novels pick it up but it was literate.

Honestly tho, I can appreciate the nationalism. I actually liked the movie arcs and the slow romance. (Actually slow, like chapter 80 or something) and the OP MC doesn’t take away from the story because that’s LITERALLY his past bruh. Also the side characters are good but the villains are so dog water. Like the first villain whatever his face from his little boy group just disappeared half way through which sucks. The only one that’s actually reoccurring was that Guan cousin combo, and I kinda little the guy that was actually from the books… I secretly ship but I’m fine with the Main Pairing!! Also.. what happened to the little brother?? Maybe I read past it but it seems like he just disappeared, and didn’t even through a fuss about MC and ML.

It’s a 3 star because it was just so cliche. Like I really liked the MC and ML but it was really repetitive and surface level. I really liked each of the world plots but we never delved more into depth, it would end when the enemy is defeated. This book is just filled with blue balls, this is the first time I’ve ever read a book that wouldn’t give some sweetness after everything is said and done. Although each world was interesting on its own, the ML was kinda plain. Like beyond feeling “possessive bone deep” for the MC, he was just there. Like I liked the growing affection the MC gains for him but it turned more.. normal? The longer they’re together. By the end of the story MC wasn’t really acting like a fox anymore but ig it was fine. I don’t have much to complain about besides how much the arcs were lacking with the finales.

Bro, the highlight of this story was definitely the relationship between the MC and ML (duh) because in each world they get together through different tricks or means that really reflect the ML’s current personality. Although I’m a little sad that as the story goes on the ML’s disabilities slowly stop affecting the story but I can just chalk it up to his soul healing. I also really liked the system in this story. I’ve never read a story where the system was given a love interest but honestly, I’m all for it.

Extremely short, only 50 chaps and they’re pretty short. I liked the development of their relationship, I was kinda confused on who the ML was in the beginning but I was able to understand later. But it also didn’t give a satisfying face slapping of the OG’s family, and it was just very vague in general. I don’t have much to say but it’s a good feel-good novel that you can read in a day.

I really enjoyed it, the chemistry between characters were good, the plot was good and overall was a fun read. The MC is realistically traumatized/ trained by his previous life that affects his new life. And honestly, my boy ain’t never gonna be a flower vase cause even though he’s pretty, he can’t ever stop being himself. I also like the ML, he’s very doting and caring about MC and is very hypocritical about it lol. He’s also like not overly omnipotent and powerful, he’s just a veteran good actor with a  good family background. They match eachother perfectly. The side characters are also pretty memorable and likeable the villains are ok, I would say that’s like the only downside. MC just films movies and variety shows with ML the whole book but I find that entertaining. Also the extras <3, I love them, I usually skip the extras this time I didn’t so I’m glad, they added to my overall understanding of the novel and also very wholesome.

Reading this was an absolute pleasure. Maybe I’m being sentimental because of the last few chapters but I’ve grown attached. This is the first story I’ve read about a director MC and I’m sure it’ll be hard to live up to. I know that it was the average showbiz BL novel but it had flavor. I enjoyed the wholesome interactions between MC and ML, ML who is the literal definition of a supportive partner. Even before the big reveal of the reason the ML took in the OG!MC, I really liked their dynamic. For the first half of the story is was about MC spending all of ML’s money and being unsuccessful but the great thing about this story was that the characters weren’t static. The MC changed his ways and started not caring about earning or losing, ML regrets and overcomes. And the most spectacular part of this story was the redemption of two antagonists. One being a major anti-fan of the MC and the protagonist shou. The anti-fan being a crooked film critic to a fan of the MC through several movies and dramas. The protagonist shou, who was ab*sed and used by the protagonist gong, was in despair when the moonlight came back and the gong’s hatred for him increased. The fact that the protag shou went to MC for advice was actually nuts to me, but thinking about it, they were just different sides of the same coin and had a major redemption and blackening. One thing I have to say is I have the protag gong, he’s a psycho freak man who’s selfish and untalented, I’m happy about his ending. Omg the last arc, was f*cking sad, I actually was crying for probably 10 chapters straight, RIP director Song, miss you unc. Overall, was well rounded and a great story.

I would give a four based purely on how much I liked the first half of the story but further down the story line it got increasingly boring tbh. However even in the beginning the cannon fodder was increasingly brain dead and just unable to be anything but antagonistic towards the MC. I actually liked the MC and the main group of side characters. The brotherly relationship between the MC and his Ge was actually kinda sweet. ML was ok… he wasn’t anything special (expect for the “twist ending” ig…) I did like his wife chasing activities tho but after they got together the story lost a great part of what I found charming. I hated the group of antagonists.. they had zero substance whatsoever. I honestly had a hard time not dropping it near the end because I couldn’t get engaged into the story after the 100th chapter. This story was incredibly sweet! I absolutely adore the ML.. and his relationship with the MC really seals the deal. The story is honestly more closely tied with ML than the MC. The ML has such a goofy character that has depth and warmth ong got me smiling a couple of times. MC.. is okay, I like him, he’s nice, but he’s SUCH a tsundere lol. I also liked how MC’s feelings about ML is visibly changing through the change in his body language. I also liked the school aspect of this story, it wasn’t drama filled or anything, except for you know… the few plot points, most of the storyline is based on the progression of the main couple and MC’s developing study life and his grades. As someone who cared about my grades it actually kind of made me appreciative towards people who actually spend so much time studying.

Very light hearted and sweet. The MC is the average transmigration protag who makes the ML fall in love with his quirkiness. However one good thing is that he isn’t THAT naive… even though he has his moments of naivety, he could still feel the shift in ML’s attitude towards him. The ML.. well… he’s awfully mid.. he didn’t seem to have a deeper character than what’s on the surface besides caring for his grandma, and his disability was first his only personality until it was “cured” and then he turned into a normal ceo, there wasn’t at all any grief in his recovery. His grandma was an absolute goat tho, I love her so much she defo made this story better. Also another thing I like is that the chapters are hella long, like I literally spent multiple days on the same chapter (I’m over exaggerating lol). Overall very mid but that’s not a bad thing. This is a very introductory level story if you want to get into transmigration because him transmigrating into that story played no part in the plot whatsoever.

Idk what happened, around like chapter 30 I had such a hard time continuing (although I did manage to complete the story). I just didn’t like the side plots of the story especially the school side plot, it was a whole big nothing burger. I did like the Han embroidery aspect of the story (I can always appreciate art) but I was kinda hoping for more tbh even though the antagonists did use it as a plot device. The ML is totally fine, I actually kinda like him (I thought he was gonna become a monk because of MC’s physique but the last extra proved me wrong lol) he’s your average workaholic turned henpecked husband but I like how he reassures the MC that he’s not a burden. The side characters were fun, I was actually able to remember who was who, I also liked how they had their own little moments separate from the main couple. However, the main blunder of this story was the treatment of the MC. He is constantly infantilized and it’s honestly disgusting how much he’s been compared to a child or referenced to being ML’s kid just because of his sickened body. He also acts completely childlike which also doesn’t help it but I get that he’s been sick his whole life and the next but it honestly grosses me out so much that I almost dropped the story multiple times. Gosh I would’ve rated it lower but I think the rest of the story is fine besides the few boring parts and the weird connotations

Ong I read this in a day bro I was that s**ked in. Okay first of all I LOVE the MC and ML. MC of course is extremely overpowered but I love that, he also if just too perfect because of Alphonse but that’s okay I love Al too. ML is so funny… he has a brain hole just like his father whenever his partner is involved and I love that, he is just so clingy and have such a colorful personality (especially when he was trying to both hide and pursue the MC). The side characters were ok, there was so many that I almost got lost a few times but I was able to get back on track because they have their own personalities and stuff. The adopted brother of the MC… he was absolutely disgusting until he finally realized his mistakes and tried to leave for good. I kinda feel bad for his ending but you know what, I think it was just the way the author was trying to “white wash” his character. The ex-fiance.. ugh I felt bad for him at first but… ugh.. he was disgusting later on I don’t even wanna talk about him anymore. I kinda liked the parallel between MC’s and his brothers methods of getting with their alphas, it was kinda like seeing different sides of the same coin. I really liked the school arc (I just have a love for overpowered MC’s showing off) and the tournament arc, one arc I didn’t really like was the Star Wars fiasco.. that one was just to messy tbh. 

I also saw a comment mentioning how the author was putting some misogynistic and transphobic rhetoric but I disagree. It started when the MC asked his fellow classmate to release his pheromones but he ran away thinking MC was seducing him. The classmate said something along the lines “I’m a straight A,  I would never go a beta. Only Omegas” (that was very butchered but you get the point) and I guess some thought that it was the author commenting on how alphas (manly men) can only like omegas (feminine figures) but I disagree. I think it’s all just the classmate being very confused on his sexuality as later on he grows to accept his attraction to masculine figures too (like MC). 

Sorry for the rant, but that comment really stuck out to me and I didn’t want to comment underneath it as someone else already did. ABO draws a fine line between being transphobic and misogynistic but I don’t think this ABO one is like that at all.

I really like yandere MLs…. This story was actually kinda good tbh. Like while MC was trying to tell a romance story and being a nonchalant dreadhead, we were seeing it from the perspective of a normal person and getting a psychological horror. Although it is confusing at times I was still able to understand the more I read. MC is nonchalant, ML is crazy, perfect couple. I also like the side characters, they were good additions to the story and I liked them. Not much to say about the plot, you’d have to read it. But the ML just overthinks so much and is very clingy and dependent on MC. Very cute, although I wished there was more screentime for his monster form but ig that wouldn’t fit the MC’s personality.

I’m just glad it’s over. I have almost quit this story numerous times because it got really boring sometimes. Arc 1: very introductory, although had the you know… groomy elements, I still found it enjoyable because it wasn’t anything romantic yet and just family raising. 

Arc 2: Although the author is mischaracterizing autism and I think they were trying to convey PTSD I still found it enjoyable because it showed more of MC’s scheming side lol. I also really like possessive x possessive

Arc 3: Just as you would expect from a school life arc tbh. Just MC turning around his character and studying to the top. But I liked that ML was actually in denial about his feelings lol. However at the end MC convinced ML that he was bullying him because he liked him but that in a very negative stereotype 

Arc 4: double deception lmao, in any other scenario this would’ve been hella horrible. Bro ML is such a dunce in this one LMAO. I love vulnerable men, he’s so cute and s*upid for his wife. Ugh ABO has such a special place in my heart I wished this arc was longer. I also liked the perspective of letting omegas do work that they’re superior at. I LOVE ALPHA X ALPHA… even though it barely had any alpha on alpha moments besides the worrying about incompatibility.

Arc 5: it’s definitely the most unique of MC’s plays for far he’s not the one doing the chasing cuz he gotta pretend to be emotionless and nonchalant. Erm I liked the amount of heartache in this one lol. This is the most distressed ML has been in this story so far. Honestly not the strongest, but I think it’s just because I don’t like historical/monarchy bs. However I did like MC’s conniving idea w/ the unexpected visit. Ifykyk 

Arc 6:OMG I JSUT REALIZED THAT THE OG MC AND ONE THE FL WAS COUSINS EWWWWWW WTFFFF. At least MC supports polygamy??? (I don’t get it either bro) I liked it. The ML in this one was incredibly dumb and I love that. Ik it’s in the title but ML was very emotional in this one.. but to be fair MC was lying to him pretty much the whole arc lol. Roleplay is crazy. I wished it was longer, I liked the plot of this arc

Arc 7: lmao so far ML is literally doing all the pursuing and loving. “Domineering” more like annoying ;-;… ML is truly acting like a child here but ig it’s ok,,. He’s a spirit that was locked away after all… this damn couple plays to damn much. They’re really an old couple trying to spice up the bedroom bcuz what is this constant misunderstanding lmao. This one was pretty mid ngl

Arc 8: erm, even though this is the longest one of them all with about 30 chapters dedicated to it, it felt extremely short and very lackluster. Although in this one we get way more lore and plot, it feels all convoluted and messy. Although I liked the dynamic between MC and ML in this one it just felt so… idk simple? 

Arc 9: I liked the dynamic in this one. The fact that ML couldn’t immediately recognize the MC made it a lot more fulfilling when they kissed ong. I also liked ghost MC, very cute in this one. ML wasn’t all cold and indifferent but expressionless 

Arc 10: I think this one is one of my favorites. I really like cultivating stories and I also like the very straightforward attitude of MC in this one. ML once again is a cutie patootie and is a big fluffy tiger. I also liked that it took a while for them to actually get together. I also liked the fight scenes in this one. Bring back the blood vine!!!

Arc 11; pretty good, I liked the plot of this one a lot, it felt more.. in depth compared to a few of the other ones? And it was way more focused on the plot of the world I think. Also.. does MC have some sort of power? Why is everyone hooking up around him lol. First the system and the senior, then the red orb and the white orb, and now another couple that follows them thorough the worlds. LMAO NEVER GHE NEW COUPLE WAS THE ORBS LOLLLLL. So there’s no more villain??? Or… uhh

Arc 12: “ Gentlemanly s*um aggressor” turned into “cultured villain”, THATS SO FUNNY OMFG. I like overpowered MC!!! However ML’s mom.. although I know she’s literally been insane because of MC’s curse or whatever.. does not mean that she needs to be this coo-coo crazy lmao. But honestly.. I’m only here for the main couple bruh, I don’t gaf about the orbs relationship whatsoever. It feels like it’s just dragging on and on for the orbs to catch up romantically and it’s just slowing down the pacing of MC and ML. It’s honestly pissing me off.

Disclaimer!!! I don’t F*CKING CARE ABOUT THE ORB SIDE COUPLE UGHHHHHH STOP GIVING THEM SO MUCH SCREEN TIME. I’m soooo close to finishing this story as well.. I just need to endure. It’s maybe because I’m biased but I don’t like them whatsoever. Get them out of my face. This whole plot line is just so boring and idk why the author decided to put so much effort into this plot line. I know it has great importance plot wise but honestly… you don’t need an explanation on everything.. pushing that the white orb was the reason for everything happening is a bit lazy. 

Arc 13: MF MC was horned up first chapter omfg. Aw hell, the beauty standard followed MC into the primitive world LMAO. As a woman myself, the FL is severely pissing me off ;-;. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE who*e OMGGGGG. NOT EVERY MAN WILL WANT YOU. UGHHHH. F*CK YOU CHEN SHA FOR MAKING THIS HORRIBLE CHARACTER. Hehehe, when MC shows his powers… hehe. FL is a clear example of why you shouldn’t surround yourself with yes-men, you’d get arrogant. Honestly, this arc wasn’t as bad because it was way more shorter compared to the earlier ones. I also liked the very primitive way of thinking ML has LMAO. I love himbos 

Arc 14: ML is so real for falling in love with a dragon at first sight, I would too ;-; I love dragons sm. LMAO the og mc’s new mission.bruhhh I love overpowered/godlike mc’s sm. I’m so sad this arc was so freaking short bruhhhh I want a whole story with this one </3

Arc 15: oh how the turn tables. The roles are reversed and MC lost his memories and ML has his. Lmao MC is still dramatic as heck, almost killing himself because he thought he was a burden. That dual cultivation part lol ;~; finally that f*cker is dead ong needed him dead. End was ehhh, I feel like there was better endings in some of the small worlds.

I don’t really know how to feel about this story. Like it was okay and all but I couldn’t get into it as much as usual. Idk if it’s the way it’s written or something but I felt that it was pretty bland. I like overpowered mcs a lot as you may have guessed but really… this was a jack of all trades but don’t fully utilize his talents imo. I know there was multiple plotlines about his talents but ughh they were kinda boring. The best part of this story was definitely the desolate star arc when we’re first introduced to ML and Little D. I’m a Stan for little D I love him and his little mu*derous rampages. ML.. he was so painfully simple. He felt like just a commodity to MC and was just led along. Like I felt bad for ML just like his Bsf because of how douchey MC was kinda. Like MC knew that ML was very traditional and stuff but wanted to try to push him/tease him. Ig it matches the title “flirt” but honestly it felt way too forced. MC… I felt like he had no personality almost besides being outspoken but kind, he is really a Gary Sue. This is barely even an omegaverse, because MC’s glands were damaged and he wasn’t affected by any pheromones and stuff. It just felt like the story just had a new pronoun and not a main storyline. Ughahgayaua idek what I’m saying about this anymore. It had its highs and lows. But mostly it was in the middle, stagnant almost.

This one was really good. The MC and ML has their sweet moments of misunderstandings as ML originally wanted to use MC but then fell in love. MC is vry kind and thoughtful especially when he thought that ML wanted to put distance between them. I liked the portrayal of zergs in this novel, very unique and I usually don’t read Zerg centric stories. I villain pmo tho, like bro pls Kys. I originally thought that there would be 82 chapters but turns out that there was only 40 because of two translators putting their translations. But I liked it, the revenge was pretty okay but I kinda wanted more payback but hey, you can’t get more justice than the death sentence lol. But the reveal at the end of the OG families crimes was kinda mid, could’ve been more interesting if it was more ig detailed? Overall liked it *thumbs up*
