its a pretty smooth journey for MC and ML. friends to lovers but ML is more shy and FL is more experienced cuz she was married and divorced

i liked that she was aprehensive about getting married cuz her parent's relationship + her failed marriage but she is able to draw a distinction btwn her ex and ML 

for every relationship step she has with ML, her ex gets dreams from the past life so rip him lol. he does get hung up about it in the "that is mine so u can't have it even if i don't want it" type of way... gross

glad i didn't need to pay $80 for this lol

its a lot less face-slappy and more high school romance/pure

i like that ML isnt the typical cold rich study god. he is kinda pure lol. the way he realized he liked MC was because a dream

its a study-god system and a bit of rebirth/go back in time with 2 characters?

i did feel like MC felt mary sue-ish, even tho it has the same premise as learning makes me rich. i guess its because one of the rewards was eidetic memory, which felt like a cheat (even tho LMMR has a similarly as fast rise in grades, it felt more earned because ZL had to do many practice tests while QC worked hard once and then had the perfect memory + 10:1 study room.

this couple also felt meh. the villains were cartoonishly villainous, ML would go from 0-100 violence "defending" MC that felt uncomfy, the side couple comes out of nowhere??? it turns out the 3rd friend was snitching to one of the villains out of nowhere?

MC almost dies, goes back to the past without the system, lives a rebirth to become a study god w/o the system, lives 15/16 years and then comes back to the system timeline and just forgot about her friend when she came back? your whole ass friend???

then the cartoon villains get their cartoon BE

i finished it but didn't enjoy it. would not recommend 3/10
