You can actually skip this danmei, it's not worth it. I'm ok with SM but here it leaves a sour taste. The plot is very weak and chapter after chapter it's only boring ab*se with s*upid MC who can't even say anything except "you, you". I persevered because I thought finally we will get deeper psychological understanding of ML but nope. Half of second volume and still nothing, person with such pathological personality and there is no mention why Emperor is like that. I lost interest when author decided to make readers believe that MC [spoiler]can ab*se verbally and physically Emperor in public. Even a bandit wouldn't be able to behave like this.[/spoiler] What an utter nonsense!
