This one is a bit weird because it's insanely popular in Japan to the point where it's getting an anime, but somehow virtually unknown in the West, although perhaps you know about it already. I had never previously recommended it because I always thought it was popular here too, but recently found it it wasn't. Even in servers dedicated to Otome Isekai and Shoujo stories nobody seems to know about it. Honestly it probably deserves a first page spot on your next list given how popular it is in Japan, it really baffles me that nobody here knows about it. A true hidden gem in that sense, I guess.

A very good read, one of my personal favorites. Description: MC is an incredibly OP mage but is forced to confront the true final boss: social anxiety. She starts out as a complete doormat and pushover but you get to slowly see her get better over time with real character development, as she puts in real effort to improve herself. Has a great side cast too, and as the story progresses we learn more about different character's backgrounds, as well as why MC behaves the way she does. The only downside is that the story's pacing is a bit on the slow side.

@cbboss Love that you're still going with the lists. So many recs that I'll probably be good for stuff to read for a long time when I'm not randomly trying out new stories on a whim haha.
