But I remember that I read "Empty Box and Zeroth Maria" many many years ago (8 maybe?). In my memory I feel like don't really liked it because of all the tragedy there.

@iwannalongnicknamethx  It has tragedy and trauma, but the theme is good, the protog till 4ish volume is somewhat say, not much likable, but it is a good read. 

I read most of the novel in your collections, not a fan of gender blend, can't feel like immersing into a few, rest I finished all. Keep the good work.

For more, Try reading Martial Arts Master, no harem, good novel. Romance (though I like good romance) exist but pretty average.

I have tried many novels in recent times, that starts off good but got killed by bad development, most of the time the bad development is in the form for Harem or even romance when it is not needed.

@TrueAn012 Read Martial Arts Master years ago, but not finished (maybe read half), became pretty bored in the plot and romance at that time as I feel that novel became predictable.

This list don't really have all novels I read I've called it "Good"(No harem) because don't really wanted to add every piece I read because I feel like list will be bloated with too big difference in quality.

But I fell like I need to make list where I can just add really everything that I completed or Reading now regardless of quality.

Also most gender bender in this list are mostly feels like Author made that just because he wanted to do so, in all novels here its actually feels nonexistent and you can just read novel as MC always was female(or male). (Gospel of blood and Game of the World Tree from the same author and if you start reading as MC is always was female literally nothing changes in this novels. Seoul Object Story same as well)

Have same feelings about novels last month, most are cliche or extremely predictable, feeling like most characters are had copy-paste personalities from novel to novel, plot is dragged out too much, any romance also feels following same formula in each novel without any real chemistry between characters. But last month I mostly read korean romance novels so maybe I just burnt out on them.

Immortal devil transformation, good start, romance mid, I dropped it midway, due to sometimes slow,  and somtimes crazy plot development.

Reincarniated as villan of romance fantasy, good start read till 50 ish ch, but forget the reason why I dropped it.

Vermillion novel is good to, but dropped due to some reasons.

The Heaven-Slaying Sword - same author as regressor and blind saint, I read it when it only has 10 chapters, whis was good, but yet to pick it up.

Also, heard  'manuscript screening boy and manuscript submitting girl' is good too.

yes, this is the list for 'good' novels you read, which is the purpose of creating list, if not it will be just your readind list.

It will be good if you update your list if you find new good novels, I will be waiting for that, as my stacks are dried up too.

if you don't mid reading MTL I may suggest:

"Investing in the Rebirth Empress, She Called Me Husband" - pretty chill xianxia with mid romance but good for time passing.

"My girlfriend is a cello player" - A good novel with a good romance, one of those were Male lead is not really annoying and too dense, also has nice chemistry

But both are ongoing and don't have NU pages (will add them when they appear), but pretty sure that "My girlfriend is a cello player" is will not be harem, but has low(like really low, something around 5%) chance for "Investing in the Rebirth Empress, She Called Me Husband" to became one with 2 wives

@iwannalongnicknamethx  I got a suggestion for you for reading MTL, chat GPT become better than a standard MTL, with keywords everrywhere extension, you can pretty much get a good quality TL but, its still a MTL. 

If you don't mind slow placed and a chill novels, few has little plot, and some you have to tune down your brain a bit to enjoy it, I got a few suggestions.

But I had an inherent hate towards novels theats starts with my wife, my girlfriend, my husband etc. as it always starts as exclusive relationship but soon turn into generic harem, plot wil fly everywhere.

About novels that starts with my wife, my girlfriend e.t.c, I myself was baited into this trap many times enough so now I am extremely cautious with novels like this.

@TrueAn012 Answering simply, novel knows what is is and executing it well enough without making me mad by plot, yes maybe a bit boring and predictable, but for someone what may not read too much novels it will be good enough. But yes I agree that it is pretty low overall in my "Good" rankings.

Writing this small answer literally took at least 30m. Was thinking how to determine if novel is "Good" for me. For now will have this novel still here, maybe when I've come close to 75-100 novels in list will start splitting in different lists like "Masterpiece", "Good", "Normal" to reduce the gap in quality between novels in list.

@iwannalongnicknamethx  I got a doubt regarding, Martial cultivator, the romance with FMC is only at kissing level but the page have first time intercouse tag (I didn't mind those things if it only between our MCs), is there anything happened, or the author ruining another good series.

Gimai Seikatsu, a decent SOL novel. There is a initial insist bait with the tag (not insist), but It is one of the realistic take on that trope.

Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You, one such novel I told previously, you have to turn off your logic but its enjoyable.

Oregairu romance is my favourite, if its not for the haremish element(Though the MC is never viewed it as harem), the author for VN and milking the Merchs, made into a dumpster fire.

86 LN is very good.

Will add more if comes to my mind.

@TrueAn012 Regarding martial cultivator, I stopped when mtl had 900~ chapters, in that chapters here was still 1v1 romance and I don't see flags that may lead to harem at all.

Legend of the Cultivation God - Long time ago read 50-100 chapters then there was no translation and my brain wasn't rotted enough to read mtl at that time, as I remember it was pretty ok? but very slow. Now hesitating because of amount of chapters.

New gate - tried very long time ago, don't really remember anything, now looking at reviews e.t.c looks pretty meh at least for me

86 - on my list, just wanna wait for its to be completed, as the amount of time Japanese authors take to finish their novels is enormous sometimes, and there a chance if I read it now and like it I will be forced to wait years for it to be finished. And when it finally finishes I already may forgot all plot and hesitate to start reading again.

Oregairu adaptation is one of the bad adaptation over there.

Regarding 86, I stopped at vol 7 I think. The anime stopped at vol 6, for the same reason as yours. 

Gimai Seikatsu will be good from 4/5 to till vol 7.

recent novels didn't evoke the same feelings as the ones that are not already on the list, If you have time try reading a western novel 'The Martian' by Andi Wier my first ever novel.

What About Kept man of Princess Knight, I just heard about it but never read it.

Then, I Became the Fiancé of a Dragon in Romance Fantasy. is good too, but the ending is not so grate, and at the end it started to going inthe path of erotica, I don't know if everyone like that.

"Kept man of Princess Knight"  - Seen it too, but will wait more time, when there will be more to read (which will be long time as japanese authors are very slow on writing). Also it give me some vibes that can potentially become harem, so also waiting more to see will genres change

Hakai no Miko Its a different novel, I just dropped it as to wait for more to come, 

Angel next door, is decent but after they started dating, it become slow and bland.

I will say more, If I remember some best ones.
