professional red thread cutter [quick transmigration] 专业剪红线[快穿]: very long jjwxc BL QT. a sequel in the same universe as "it's exciting to snatch the supporting male lead", from the same author. gong MC. essentially finished, but ended up skipping most of the last arc due to getting a lil bored. there were 22 arcs in the main story and 2 arcs in the extras (though i haven't read the extras). there were some unique arcs for sure, like one about this sadistic love game, but there were also 3 different arcs related to religion: one where the MC became the pope, one where the MC was literally the god of light, and one where the MC was a vampire and the ML was a priest. my favorite arcs tended to be the modern day ones, think the author is pretty good at writing those slice of life-ish plots instead of action plots. esports one was quite fun. MC is always OP and the ML doesn't really have an obvious pattern, which is somewhat annoying, besides having a Bai in their name. the ML could be the protagonist gong, protagonist shou, or even just a random supporting character. overall still pretty enjoyable, with minimal fatigue until close to the end.

deeply in love with you [quick wear] 为你情根深种[快穿]: jjwxc QT BL, the 3rd in the series after "red thread". gong MC still. the MC here is very different from the previous two. he's essentially the quintessential iceberg gong, and the whole premise is that he is basically lacking emotions. the author keeps this premise very loyally throughout the story, as the MC gradually discovers and deepens his feelings of love and related emotions like jealousy as he meets the ML across various worlds. he literally doesn't smile once until the last arc or so? which i appreciate bc that makes it seem more real. author avoided some of the more overused tropes from the previous two works like religion, court politics, or mysticism, with more modern day tropes. appreciated. the MC here tends also to be more serious and righteous than the other two, so there's less of playing with emotions. of course, the MC also tends to be less OP and seems to avoid purchasing items from the store. overall quite fun. my favorite of the trilogy is probably the first one, then this one.

[quick transmigration] the counterattack journey of the faceslapping cannon fodder 快穿之炮灰的打脸逆袭之路: jjwxc BL. this was not bad, mostly because it was relatively shallow and the MC and ML basically would always meet in the first couple chapters and instantly fall in love. does get a lil boring due to how shallow the plot is, and i wish the MC showed a lil bit more emotion in return to the ML. it's still obvious that they're seriously in love though. i do appreciate that the MC and ML feel no shame or hesitation in falling in love, even from the first arc, and that the MC does his best to never let the ML feel sad or insecure.

i have deep affection for the villain [quick transmigration] 我对反派情深意重［快穿]: jjwxc BL. finished. this one was really cute! there were only 4 real arcs but each one was relatively long so it didn't feel too short. appreciate that despite lack of experience in the first arc, the MC and ML rapidly realized and followed up on their feelings. the peach blossom feature following the soul and allowing the MC to easily realize that the ML is the same is also appreciated. enjoyed this.

quick transmigration with my boyfriend who ran away 快穿之男友跑路了: jjwxc BL. finished. short but sweet. been reading a bunch where the MC and ML were originally a couple but this one finally was enjoyable. classic cannon fodder ish counterattack theme in each story, cohesion in the process of the MC slowly getting backlash from chasing after his lover. cute side couple friends who give him advice along the way. very sad that i could not find the extra anywhere bc that extra is like almost the length of 3 chapters. think i'm missing out on a lot of fluff.
