Ger = Omega = Men biologically capable of bearing children. In novels they usually have certain marks to distinguish them from a normal man. 

In this collection, the protagonist is most likely the “shou” or the submissive/bottom in the dynamic. But expect some seme/top Protagonist with a Ger spouse too.
