Firstly, the female MC is a truly dominant woman who is both prideful and has the abilities and intelligence to back her pride. She is always in control. This is a refreshing take on the dominant female MC concept but I feel as though it was slightly overdone because the MC was simply never in any danger of loss or taking a blow. It felt like the MC existed purely to succeed, there was no struggle, no hard work really, she simply powered through all obstacles like they were cotton candy. However, as a face-slapping novel this MC simply provides food for the starving and drink for the parched. It is satisfying to see the “bad” get what they deserve.

Secondly, and this is a dislike, the MC is just a much stronger version of the antagonist. In fact the antagonist learns her tricks from the MC in the first place through dreams. The MC is more or less on the same moral standing as the antagonist and it feels less satisfying to support her. Where the antagonist manipulates those around here to gain affection, the MC manipulates those around her to gain enough money to return to her world. This would place the MC at the moral high ground except for a few points, firstly, it is made clear that the MC is more than talented enough to earn money from other avenues just as fast if not faster. Secondly, the MC is not manipulating those people out of necessity as it is made known to the readers that the MC also did much of the same thing as the antagonist back in her original world. Thirdly, the MC leans too far into the money grabber role and her emotionless actions when acting in her monetary interest severely disconnect the novel from the romance genre. Quite literally, the novel could have been just as successful if romance was entirely removed and instead all the love targets became business targets instead.

Thirdly, the ending of the novel is a little out of sorts for me and feels shaky. Not particularly satisfying and the logic of the novel drops a little in what feels like a mismatched lid forcefully screwed onto the incorrectly threaded bottle.

All of that aside, I still enjoyed the book when I started to consider it as a simple face-slapping/psych manipulation novel. Though it did not scratch the romance itch that I had chosen to read this novel for, it still has decent standing in my mind.

The original actually gets a comeuppance and gets to enjoy life.

The sister fight is interesting if a bit beyond belief.

I also never bought into the twin sister being able to completely despoil the other's life. The Original excelled in academics and scholarly pursuits. The evil sister and her fishes would have certainly depressed her but also focused even more so on where she could win. The parents were also way over the top.

2. OG-Ji Fanyin is very cute after returning to her body. Yes, she is not dead after our MC Ji Fanyin finished her mission in that other world. Glad she managed to continue her dream to study

3. Our MC-Ji Fanyin ended up with the ML who is really good to her and adores her (usually this kind of character is the second male lead and to be honest, I really didn't expect it much at the beginning but whoaa good job Author for restoring my faith in HEA for a nice male character! Lol)

4. Etc., etc..

The MC reaches her goal and returned at the end!! Which is wonderful and good for her 😌. And also the original host of the body she was in also got to return to her body! Free of s*um men and family and now with a fortune lol.

i love how there is two major goal in the story, which is getting fulfilled in a quite decent and normal way. First is how the MC got the money to get back to her real world (I'm not gonna asking why it has to be nominated, but well that's also quite interesting too). The second is how the MC able to get a revenge for the original body.

the redemption part is quite bloody in my opinion. She might not kill them with the weapon, but she did terrorize them emotionally. MC understand perfectly how human emotion works and make them suffer the way they make the original body suffer emotionally. Makes me kidna felt complicated on the ending. At the same time even if I felt satisfied they got the retribution but it's also too traumatizing to watch. The sad part is overall the main culprit aside from the twin sister it's actually the parents who had a big hand on makes the original body suffer, yet compared to the other boys they suffer the lightest both emotionally or physically. Though they had their ego and wish crashed but they can still life normally.

now the ML, I might or might not feel satisfied over this but after all the romance has never been on the priority in the story. Even more that God stuff loving a human and make their fate diverge and stuff, nah that's was that dumbstruck part lol. CY as an ML is quite nice too, like how his personality is actually quite compatible for the not so believed in love of MC. Instead of some overbearing powerful people, he actually could make much more cute couple with the MC.

his character are the most annoying one out of them all. But also the most growing one. The author gives us a clear scene on how his environment affecting his personality so much, but later gives us a snitch on how he realized his lacking. There is a moment where I kinda wish him to be with the original body, until that last moment when he realized that the og body back and he just walk away instead of apologizing to the right person. I meant, I'm half and half sure that at this point he realized that both of the JF was different in personality. And the biggest reason he apologize before was because he loves the other JF not because he genuinely felt bad for his actions back then. So when og JF told him that the JF he loves has gone he just left dejectedly. Well this arrogant and ignorant personality is still hasn't being washed away it seems. There is also kinda part where I wish I could see og FY with SY after she comeback but I guess their last encounter was that last finger scene.
