i dont typically leave reviews, but after the cultivation arc and finding out about the author's views on death and love and realizing hey, our views on this topic actually align, I couldnt help but want to promote this novel haha

it gets dry sometimes, because the first few worlds are pretty mundane, and the MC himself seems to be aware of it considering how excited he got in the cultivation world. Additionally, because this isnt one of those 1v1 QT fics where the main character has a partner that travels... more>> with them between worlds, it gets understandably lonely until the modern world where

the target of the face-slapping was a system host.

at the end of that arc, MC basically steals the system and names it Shaohua iirc, and the loneliness of the MC's eternal worldhopping lessened a bit; not going to lie, I get a little bit happy for the Xu Zifan whenever he and Shaohua interact. Sure our repeat-widower MC gets a new family or finds a new love sometimes in the next world, but eventually he'd have to leave them behind and continue living while his loved ones die. In the light of that, having Shaohua is really good, even though its a mechanical system thats still learning and doesn't really have much of a will of its own.

kinda like how a lonely child collects stuffed toys to replace the friends they don't have, you know, but better because the system can actually respond unlike a teddy bear lmao. God I should really work on my social withdrawal smh.

other than that, yeah. This is a really nice read. Admittedly I took long-ass breaks and sometimes skipped a few arcs because they were a bit dragging but its not bad, and as someone who can't fall in love, the fact that a lover isn't Xu Zifan's be all end all is very nice. He's determined and hard-working and loves to learn, and is also faithful to whoever he chooses to spend his life in that world with, and if he doesn't find anyone he likes or just can't even think about a relationship

like in the beast world arc where its all men and men that can't transform are the "females" and can even get pregnant (sign of the cross for our steel-straight MC lolololol. Kinda mean but its absolutely hilarious how stressed he is during this arc; feels great to see a novel protag work hard to avoid misunderstandings like I do daily lmao)

he just stays single. His views on love are very realistic, and I like how he always lives his life to the fullest in every world and spends a lot of time to move on in the void each and every time. <<less

Fun to read, lots of face slapping with fluff mixed in.

Wished there were more character interactions rather than

"MC went on to do this, then that, became #1 richest man and died happily with his wife. The End"

... more>> Revenge is morally ambiguous at times, and makes me wonder if others deserve to get destroyed by the MC because of it. I know people read this because of the whole revenge part, but when MC destroys and bankrupts someone because they wronged him that one time, I feel more pity than satisfaction.

Moral of the story, "Never forgive or forget" and "Success is the greatest revenge" <<less

This is very cute and fluffy and gets marks for being somewhat different from the mass of QT novels by being a Male Protag hetero QT. It's also nice to not have a domineering / manipulative / "I'm mean to you cause I like you" male love interest for a change up.

It loses a star for being a bit slow and draggy but with only 27 chapters translated, I'd definitely say give it a shot!

OMG I love this story, no s*upid protagonist or harem. MC learn new skills in different worlds and use learnt skills from previous worlds in another world, he spends lifetimes to master each skill and he takes learning seriously. MC is completely detail oriented, he is very serious with his missions and he supports others to develop themselves and not just his mission targets. I just finished reading this book and it is a 10/10 for me.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Currently going through all the authors novels and this is the second one I’ve read after CTPID. Although this novel was longer I still prefer CTPID just because this novel felt very repetitive.

One thing I love about the author is that they make their MCs full of positive energy and if you’re ever down in the dumbs, the MCs energy can be very infectious 😊

I finally got the arc I wanted even though I had to wait 570 chapters for it but overall a good read to pass the time... more>> although I did start skipping arcs and chapters due to the repetitiveness

I won’t rate it properly until it’s finished but at the moment it is a 4 star.

I generally dislike male protagonists in these worlds (probably cus I cannot relate and the men usually seems scummy). But this one is well written and the MC is definitely my type. The way he lives is very honest and clean.

I find the plot pretty interesting and though the MC is very OP, I like his character and relationships enough that I can ignore the OPness.

It's not so much quick transmigration (there's no real connection between the stories or system growth) as a world hopping novel but it is very well done.

The writing and translation are both excellent. The novel doesn't feel like it was translated at all👍 The writing pulls you into the story. The pacing is flawless.👍 On these two points alone it should get 5 stars, but there's more.

The author has done an absolutely beautiful job of faceslapping. They ate like slow motion tidal waves that wreak havoc on the antagonists. There's... more>> a bit of handwaving but no worse than any other QT novel.

Character development could be better but lets face it these are just short stories so unless the arcs get longer that won't happen.

Bottom line: Good fun reads perfect for killing time <<less

It is an absolutely good read!

Please note that this is NOT pure romance QT novel. Do not undervalue the novel just because you cannot find the long-lasting forever-after female partner of him.

I love the MC. He love to learn, responsible, and passionate. He isn't that kind of MC who started off OP and know everything in the world. He learned new things and self-cultivate in every world he goes, developing himself to be better.

The ending is nice.. Although not particularly satisfying for those who love romance..

An absolute gem.

MC is completely detail oriented, very serious with his missions, supports others to develop themselves and not just his targets. Most of all, we see how he gradually becomes OP. How he spends lifetimes to master each skill, take learnong seriously.

Everything is properly explained and his calmness is also charming.

All the arcs are so cool snd entertaining. Definitely recommend

The story of world hopping and fixing the fate with straight male Protagonist is the first for me. The book is good to read, each world aren't too long mostly around 20-25 chapters long.

But I'm quite disappointed that he don't have real wholehearted lover with the same soul at every world...

Its an open ending with two pets as fixed partners for him, I feel quite sad for him

I really liked this story originally, but now I feel like honestly it's got a lot of boring plots in historical times I don't care about. Also the way the author writes makes me wanna skim read. Not that I'm missing much though because the author constantly skims through things too in a way that makes the story not feel not as great.

Still, this story has a lot of interesting ideas, enough that I came back to reread. I recommend it

It was alright. I skipped around ALOT. I didn't really like the romance aspect at all. I feel like the stories would have been just fine without the romance. I really like the system he got later on. Some arcs were overly drawn out and could have ended sooner. Some arcs he should have just nipped the problems/antagonists in the bud instead of letting it draw out for so long. The only reason I stuck around so long and skimmed through was because of the face slapping aspect. I love... more>> counterattack stories. <<less

MTL reading this got a bit tiring sadly.

Honestly tho one of the best hetero based qt system novels out there. I dropped it because I couldn't keep reading and enjoy it properly. Hopeful to comeback and it be translated by a team in the future. One of the best things in my opinion is that even tho FL is different every world. The small breaks in novel explaining how he waits to forget and move past his loves and family's he loses every time is so meaningful. I really like QT and seeing one with a male MC is very fresh. The MC is smart and interesting and theres also a good balance of romance. He doesn't focus on falling in love neither shy from it. I like it when romance is treated as part of life and not the meaning of life.

I can't say I see much development in his character. He didn't have a big personality flaw that gets slowly corrected as he transmigrates like most QT mcs. But I don't really mind it. It's... more>> interesting just seeing him go through different lives and what he does in each of them.

I finished it. I loved it. You know a novel is really good when you feel empty after finishing it.

About the beastmen arc... I have mixed feelings. As someone who reads a lot of bl/gl... I can't help but ship'em wish he was bi (actually in some other arcs too)... but at the same time I can understand his plight and ngl it's very funny sometimes...

If I have any complaint is about the DragonTea site. I do like the translation but the number of ADs keep growing. I understand that it's needed but when it's too much it gets annoying. And honestly? The fact that they aren't the static kind but keep flashing and changing is distracting and a huge bother when I'm trying to concentrate on reading. I'm almost turning to MTL from the annoyance with the site and in all the years I've been reading novels that's the 2nd time this happens.

So yeah... 4☆ for the novel. 2☆ for the site... <<less

It's quite good in my opinion, characters even sometimes call it out when too much pseudo science is being spit out, my only complain with it is the throwing around of the word "hacking" as if it's an omnipotent tool that can easily be used even with just a phone. Powerful tools use powerful codes that can't be run by handheld devices; it does make the story seem more smooth and logical at times though.

Book 1 - I'd rate a 3. He's too OP without a reasonable background/history. I feel like that would lead do some doubts in any relationship long term. I guess that bugged me more than it may bug others. I probably won't reread internet addiction one or c position wolf dog. One is a little to depressed because it's based of an in real life thing, the other is too weak of a setting.

I have same issues on relationships in this as I do with author's other work.

I'm not... more>> huge on world hopping where they have a family and then next world is no relationship or a new one. Especially in ones like this where it's a single admin person (unless they say otherwise sometime later).

God some of these feel super long. Like the cannon fodders are burned and still 25 chapters left to drag them through more mud. Makes me feel bad sometimes <<less

I love this!!! The MC is very mature and rational, I can't even point out a flaw. Also this C-Position Little Wolfdog arc is my favorite arc so far, it's so sweeeet and I like the story. It's also the longest arc so far, with 32 chapters in and ongoing.

The first arc is not that good, but the succeeding arcs get better. When there's romance, the romance is fun and sweet (esp. The boss-assistant arc 😳). I found myself skipping the arcs with no romance. I think they are a little boring. The arcs I do not skip are very entertaining though. It's a mix of 5-star and 2.5-star arcs to be honest. I like that MC does not fall in love according to the tasks. The task will almost always be to protect someone or to let... more>> a bad guy get retribution. The tasks do not impose him to fall in love. MC just allows fate to take its course and falls in love when it's suitable. I also like that it's explicitly mentioned that he has to adjust his emotions and mentality whenever a world ends and he has to take on a new world. It's a small detail but it give the world more warmth. There are times when the chapter gets boring and I end up skipping reading the chapter though. <<less

I love QT stories as I can just skip the stories I don't like which is nice. The romance in this story can feel a bit mechanical but that just might be because I read lots of QT novels on Dragon tea.I have read QT novels with better romance though and some that don't focus on romance in every world.
