Story is cliché and not in a good way. Overused tropes such as ML being the strongest person ever while the FL is feeble, weak, pale as paper and saying she want to be independent but literally can't do anything without ml. Also the trope of childhood crush who's been the crush of ML although he literally remembers nothing about her to the extent that he don't even realise it's fl. The trope of best friends sister who clings to ML using her dead brother. Jealous people everywhere, and literally everyone showing contempt towards FL even though they themselves admit to this marriage being important. Later the same people criticise diana for spreading rumours even though they themselves believed it without evidence..? These people are supposed to be the empire's sharpest minds? How is the empire functioning? Too many illogical and brainless things, especially the fl's dual quality of being oblivious to obvious things but being super smart in business (but still needing mls help)...
They're just about to be married!
