This novel is soo good! 5/5 stars for me.

This book has a lot of interesting ghost encounters, a modern celestial master circle, a whole lot of comedy and a lovely romance.

I am so thoroughly entertained and really fell in love with this novel world. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Honestly, this novel made me so happy! I love MLs that aren't the cold iceberg type (though those types are fine too, I guess), and this ML's just one big cinnamon bun!!!

The plot could be better but the characters are all great, especially MC and ML. The side characters have great comedic value, whereas MC and ML give out lots of pink bubbles with their super cute, fluffy romance.

I like how MC surprises us each time, by proving how strong he is. And ML isn't the usual cold, aloof type. He's probably the sweetest ML ever - innocent, loyal and willing to do anything for MC. The romance definitely steals the show. The suspense/mystery on the other hand, is rather lacking.... more>> I would give this a 4.5 but I've rounded it down because I would've liked to see more of them as a mystery-solving duo. <<less

The story is very heartwarming with lots of fluff and ghosts in it. The story has a strong MC and ML with the ML thinking that the MC is weak to ghost when he can beat them up with a punch. The ML is soo adorable, especially his thoughts on his wifey.

Can't wait for the next chapter.

The novel and the translations are very good. I'm really enjoying the read. The author makes you care about the side characters, you get really invested in what's going on. There's a lot of humor and interesting plot outside of the official romance.

It's an interesting change up of the dynamic between MC and ML while it's not a complete 180* turn it is a nice new area to explore.

pretty fun.

don't read it for the horror because that's not the main focus. I haven't found it very scary but there is a bit of gore now and then. Lots of comedy and the ML reminds me of the frozen-on-the-outside-meng-on-the-inside ML from Superstar Aspirations a bit. He got the whole paralyzed face and inability to speak thing going on but he doesn't have God Q's tells. His insistent belief that the MC is weak despite the evidence of his own eyes is funny (at first) and he really is a... more>> domestic god, (or would that be domestic demon king in his case?). So far so good, can't wait to read more. I'm pretty burnt out on the "pure" trait so I find it aggravating rather than cute, whether it's the MC or ML doesn't matter. on a complete side note, I really don't get the cover art here; makes it seem like this is a depressing story with a suicidal MC which is far from the truth. <<less
