I just love love love!! This novel so much! Haha this one is sooo good.

MC and ML have been separated for thousands of years, yet they still found each other?! MCs unfeeling puppet heart once again beats for the mls domineering devil aura and soul??! MC fell hard for ML and excluding the obsession for each other (which is also kinda endearing in its own way), they are so cute together in the mission worlds hhaha. Their love just run so deep through their souls.

In the beginning it can seem like fluffy, simple story.

But damn.

... more>> For the end I will give it 5*. Good job, author, I haven't seen that coming. ^^ Beside that - characters were fairy good. ML was overbearing and too controling, dependent on MC and jealous for my taste, but in the light of the ending it makes sense (contrary to other works that just use the trope). MC was clever and funny. I liked him very much.

The first arcs were good and witty, later ones were good but more like background for the main plotline. Kind of silence before storm (last part of the story). Protagonists were travelling throught different (stories and) worlds which presented favourite strorylines usually used in this genre (quick transmigration). Good work, not the best, but I had fun.

It was good story, most of the time not brilliant but not bad. The end was great. There were few things I was not happy with - some serious stuff was taken too lightly (yeah, I mean rxpx and similar things) and the relationship between protagonists was no way healthy - but in the light of the ending!

Just love it. The end. *Laugh* <<less

I FINALLY FOUND A NOVEL SIMILAR TO QWTFOD!!! BLESS!! I'm halfway through and I already shed some tears (a lot) at some of the arcs! You wouldn't guess the depth of the novel bc the summary is like the tip of the iceberg and I was pleasantly surprised. Although it is similar to QWTFOD, there aren't any unnecessary face-slapping (although I DO like that premise in some novels hehe), the villains (former protags) all get what they deserved and it's immensely satisfying. If you're looking for smut though... sorry to... more>> say but you'll get blue-balled. It's up to the audiences' imagination bc they cut to the next scene right before papapa. That's my only grievance LOL. Of course not every arc is as good as some, but they're all quite enjoyable for me. Must read for QWTFOD fans!! <<less

Wow like the depth of this... it's awesome! I love how Gu Bai slowly develops his romance and thinks about his task seriously first and then his man. Their mysterious backstories.. owo I can't wait to find out.

ML aka Ye Cang is considered a madman in the Ninth Heaven (sounds like their original world) while Gu Bai apparently split souls or something. One half of him is in slumber as mysterious characters panic over his revival. The other half is our MC, the heartless orphan who died and was selected by a master (not a system!) to complete tasks in order to recover his soul enough to reincarnate. ML in each world is the same, they're actually split from Ye Cang across the worlds. Each arc basically goes like: Original host exchanges soul for MC to complete their wish>MC completes task + romances his man>soul solidifies in mission space>a mini-ML from the world just completed appears and merges with original ML aka Ye Cang.

The descriptions are amazing. I like that MC doesn't look the same or enforces his name each time, it comes out naturally somehow. The various arcs each have their unique flavor while also hinting along the way about the main overarching plot (cool foreshadowing!!). I also love that MC and ML don't always have the same exact personalities each time (ik it's the worlds lol but it's just refreshing from constantly iceberg MLs). The arc length varies too which is fun and doesn't make it boring. And the fact that MC doesn't necessarily NEED ML pfft- *clap clap clap* hell yeah!

Great translation quality from Chrysanthemum Garden as always! <<less

Gave me FOD vibes. I love the character growth of Bai.

Usually, golden thigh stories take away from the plot. You know what I mean.

MC meets ML. Love at first sight. ML is da big boss, day golden thigh. MC hugs golden thigh. Story is resolved, but other characters feel useless, and the plot plain.

This story goes in a different direction.

The golden thigh is the the target. The story revolves around the golden thigh, so the QT MC role does not feel redundant

The main characters love is just so straight forward. It's simple and lovely. The whole novel has a happy undertone. It's a good, soothing read. The translation is great and it's not too long either. Give it a go!?

Good read. I actually finished it to the end. When usually I will go bored or skipping.

I like the posesive gong. And the arc.

It just lag I closing and seems many loose end in the plot of the arc.

But well, . Its a good read. I enjoy it so much ??

This is a quick world hopping story. Enjoyable.

Each worlds are interestingly engaging. A really pleasant read. And I found the relationship between MC and ML of each world are cute and overly to the top at some point with additional funny moments.

There are some confusion at one point but was explained later in the story.

Recommend for people who want to read a quick transmigration story that interesting and enjoyable.

This is one of my favorite transmigration. Just how much both the MC and ML love each other makes me happy. I keep coming back to re-read this one. The only I didn't like was the last arc. (the ending is good), the ending arc was... boring, lol.

I loved both ancient china arc and the gaming arc!

I think, other than QWFOTD, this story hooked me the most.

I rarely read QT novel because it tends to be too long and too repetitive. And I easily got bored. But with this novel, every arc is simple but fulfilling. It's great.

The part I like the most about this book is because I can see how our MC changed step by step from being an unfeeling puppet into a more passionate an sensitive man after meeting our ML.

The love story between the former 'Yin Baigu' and Ye Cang too.. It's soooo heartbreaking but also more apt. We can also see, why, in each of their view, they fall in love with the other.
