ML's causality ability. If it erases the existence of a person in the timeline, even that their children no longer exist, then won't the butterfly effect morph into a nuclear explosion? Why so little impact to the plot? 🤔

MC is an orphan. He lost his childhood memories due to a traumatic event. Later, it is revealed that MC's parents were scientists. With information from an alien entity, they birthed MC, a genetically perfect child.

With the success of MC's birth, his parents worked to create a perfect body for the alien to occupy. However, before this was completed, they found out that the alien was actually an imprisoned criminal exiled into space. The alien wanted to rule over the human race with his followers.

MC's parents tried to prevent this from happening and ended up dying. The things that happened to MC later was due to the alien returning to earth with the meteorites.

In the end, ML erases the alien with his causality ability and MC turns back time to before the meteorites enter Earth. The meteorites bypass Earth, with one meteorite hitting ML. Only ML is affected and becomes Earth's only ability user. Later they do help others regain their abilities but only a handful. MC and ML work together to stabilize the world since a large population still retained their memories of the five years before time was rewound.
