Surprisingly good. While the beginning and early-middle may have you frustrated and bored, the author drastically improves the plot and style of the story. By the time the MC takes over his country and starts properly moving tech between worlds, the pace quickens and the story becomes more interesting.

You may think the apocalypse is the main setting for the story, but think a bit deeper and ask yourself, "Why?" It's the apocalypse and most of the world's resources had already been ruined. Other than the tech and people, there's literally... more>> nothing the MC would want. Hence, the main setting is actually the real world. That's also the best arc IMO.

Harem-wise, I was expecting a bigger harem... A few choice girls were basically ignored by the end... sighs... Other than that, I liked the author's portrayal of female characters. Basically, they weren't completely flat... I could at least read about them and remember their personalities. Too many stories devolve into simply assigning a number to the new harem character. <<less

Calling this a proper novel is an overestimation. This is a self fulfillment media created by meshing up and stealing many concepts from games, anime, and other type of media for example FallO*t and DotA. If you never touch self-fulfillment novel before, this is a good example of that especially how the author depicts how the harem behaves and how the physical appearance is depicted, etc.

It's not all horrible if you can pass all of that. Some hate this kind of self fulfillment novel though. I'm quite a sucker for... more>> decent self fulfillment novel so I'd rate it 3.5 as this is quite decent so far. It offers quite interesting conspiracy theory and depicts sorts of nasty politics. All sorts of crazy sci-fi physics. Although I don't know what kind of madness is written until 1602 chapters <<less

...I finally understand why many people are annoyed by racism. It really is not pleasant to read people of different nationalities being called monkeys... Haist, the novel is interesting, but too much matters of intimacy and racism ruined it.

This novel is astounding though it is indeed true that there are various plotholes, but once you get past 30 chapters you'll see yourself want more. It is sad that there are people who hate this novel because it was translated by QI and in the very first chapter there's a major plothole, but after you get past that trust me this novel is the best, you can't find any racism nor nationalism which made this novel more astounding than it should get. And lastly he's living 2 lives and... more>> the way he live in those 2 different world makes you want to crave for more:D

PS: Just because a lot of people doesn't like this novel because of QI don't let this affect you and try reading it. <<less

I'm back reading this it turns out the chapter is just a pass by chapter that there is no even follow up in it... to hell why even mentioned it lol

It is a very good novel I love the plot the new and interesting thing different from world crossing even if its just a simple going back in fort to past and present but the author just need to insert a useless and disgusting filler that give me creeps all over my body

MC brought things from the future to the past in a way it was fix that MC will arrive at the future and for some annoying explanation this cause the development towards the future. MC didn't arrive at the future by chance he arrive at the future to create that future lol.

and that's what makes this novel interesting...

This is actually a good novel. Although the apocalypse world a ripoff of fallout, it's insert to the story is pretty good.

The story did focus on making money in the beginning but this is not the focus. It's my first review so i'll just point some good reasons to continue reading.

  1. MC is not OP and just a normal human.
  2. MC is smart and not some dumb*ss. He mostly makes logical choices
  3. RACIST AS CRAP but understandable. I've read a lot of novels so I'm not affected. Good point since it's funny
  4. Apocalypse world is logical and not due to some magical reasons.
  5. Both world stories are goooooood!
  6. Better ending than most although a cliffhanger.

Consider if Rothschild was the one that gained the ability to move to alternate future Earth? His first thought would probably be to study the history of that earth and explore for more advantages for his family. But our MC, a broke jobless youth. His thought?? Get gold and sell for money so as to be rich. Fast forward to him being rich and having a company, he desired to be free. What did he do? He basically bought a country.

Fight scenes are not dragged on, MC is not the perfect know it all, plans ten steps ahead type, neither is he s*upid.

Spoilers:I think there is a reason the MC said multiple times he isn't a god or some other things that weren't explained....... after the end mc's dimension will probably turn into a universe and like other cultivation harem MC he'll be able to make other wives same as him, he never got to unlock stage 3 I think his gen code is related to survival and will definitely provide him with healing and immortality in future...... but that will make the novel step out of post apocalyptic world building and... more>> into pursue of dao type so author ended it their after giving subtle hints to becoming god and leader of universe and as the nutreno is related to time his sub space was probably sent buy himself to his past self with time travel and even saved himself in Mars. It in itself is also a epic enjoyable series, MC definitely will be adding the girls genuinely addicted him to his harem and also the apocalypse army will help him concour 2 realities <<less

I think it's a bit underrated, but I can also understand why it's rated low. It's an entertaining story if harem doesn't turn you off. However, there are some really questionable aspects that you'll have to ingnore or push through.

First off, the MC r*pes multiple women and gets a pass for this from all characters in the story. It's kind of ridiculous how starry-eyed the women in the story are. Secondly, the author starts pushing anti-semitic views and at one point the big enemy is a Jewish consortium. I nearly... more>> dropped the story due to this, but luckily it's a smaller part of the story.

If you can get past these issues, it's a good read when you have nothing else worthwhile. <<less

Safety Bases, large ass rats and c*ckroaches, radiation storms, zombies and mutants, ans most importantly... freaking Deathclaws! LMFAO. I just had to make an account to write a review for this.

So far so good.

Huge elements from this LN are from Fallout and world building isn't really that complicated, especially if you're familiar with the radiated wastelands of Fallout. Some plot holes here and there, still I just ignore them since this is a fantasy novel anyway.

Well.. I already finish reading this book..

And I can say that this book is worth to read..

Yeah I know that the earlier chapter of this book is a lil bit a dissapointment..

At first the MC is naive and pe*vert guy.. and annoying.. it suppose to be the comedy part.. but for me its not funny at all.. ???

But later on he have a major character development.. after facing incident after incindent.. wether it is in present world or in future world..

And he become a decent MC.. in my opinion..

He can be ruthless when he need too.. and he can be caring toward his loved one..

And not like any other chinese novel.. that like doing genocide.. ?? this MC is not like that..

Sure he kill people, but he still prefer to not kill if he can..

Well the only thing that I hate from this novel is that there are a lot of love interest for the MC.. ??

Yeah sure the main member of the harem get a lot of attention and have some character development..

But there is one girl that I think is deserve more attention..

She get "torture and r*ped" by the MC.. (eventho she like it, because she is M) after that she not being mention again at all..

MC cleary broke her.. if im not wrong she already have bf too.. so its netori.. MC not only take her v*rginity.. he also make her M.. massive M.. then after all that she never been mention again..

Also.. the ending of this story is too rushed.. I wont spoil this part.. just read it and you will understand..

But looking at the ending.. I hope there will be sequel to this book..

A great novel to be honest. From the beginning, it has its own way of storytelling. Although there are some mishaps and some of the characters are killed midway and MC's transformation is heck. Not slow in the story development and truely gets started after around 50 or so chapters.

MC transforms from being a local guy to a man who can read literary people's mind/psychology. Some of the love interest are cut off and although it wouldn't be more pleasing to increase the number of harem, its still a question as to why the author added that character which in turns gonna be cut off just becoz MC becomes more Powerful/Rich. And there are some problems which are solved pretty easily in some cases it's just tajes time for the MC to realize it.

Okay boys I'm telling you this IS the best novel out there. A perfecto balancio of action, world building, company building, making good use of people, romance and s*x, technology gap, trust me its a PERFECTO BALANCIO!!

Pls pls go read it you Will not regret it. I'll buy u a cheeseburger if u do

There's about 1600 chapters but only 700is translated so be patient. Right not 1chap every 1-2days is manageable for me

The story is great if you keep at it. Especially the times where he's making deals and becomes calculated. However I'm not fond of the "spirit stone" thing they've got going on. As of me writing this. There's 668 chapters according to webnovel (translated) however with only 85 of them free to access that leaves 583 paid chapters. And with it costing approximately 30 cents per chapter to read all 583 chapters that would cost around 173 USD. And with about 5 releases per week that cost goes up by... more>> about $1.50 USD a week. While I understand some novels being sold by the volume for anywhere between 5 to 20 USD paying 173 USD and then another 1.50 a week to keep up with it feels like an unnecessarily large expense. <<less

The note may be a bit high, but I'll explain why. I have read several stories, both good and bad, but many are good, but the main character is bad, and this is different, the story has a loose ends, it is not perfect, but still good. What made me give that note was the main character, he and the type of character that you get involved in, when I read a story, often the character is superficial, not that, you know how he is and tries to imagine what... more>> he's going to do later.

When you get to a point, where you imagine what will happen next, or what the character is going to do, that means that you are already involved with the story, I understand why some people give a low note, and a matter of taste, but if it is in doubt, read for yourself, maybe it will end up pleasing your taste. <<less

Good read. Although the story has many "China is the best country" paragraphs, which kind of turns me off, it is still enjoyable to a certain extend. The author must show patrotism in the story otherwise who will buy it?

Found this to be an enjoyable read with the right mix of jokes and action.

The setting is pretty much a complete rip off from fallout 3, new vegas and fallout 4. The plot is basically about a guy who can teleport from our world into the fallout world.

It even goes so far sometimes as directly stealing plot lines from the game, for instance a quest from the game would be tweaked and then written as a 10-20 ch long plot line.

Even so I found it to be a nice binghe... more>> read for the 400+ ch I've read.

The only point that is a bit silly is that the MC has s*x a lot, and it's all unprotected but no pregnancies, in ch 250 something it's explained there is somekind of anti baby needle on the pipboy he's been using, but he then decides to make the first wifey with child. However several months/years later still no pregnancy, so is the MC impotent? <<less

A bit lame at times, OK read. The world is basically every Gundam series, except the human that went to space doesnt settle in close space but went farther away to another galaxy, and the humans left behind on Earth are survivors from nuclear war fallout and those from shelters. In Gundam nuclear war brought destruction but doesnt cause much aftereffects, but here theres radiation everywhere and zombie + mutants. Humans, or rather survivors, goes by living life in a somewhat barbaric way, with the few civilized people not exactly... more>> normal. Actually scratch part of that. There is no cool robot wars. Just humans being humans. The other world is the normal Earth.

MC with severe weakness of women, but sometimes became smart for whatever reason. Shouldve gone and studied management/politics when he had time instead of banging more woman. Also silly mind for vanity for someone who went thru life and death events multiple times. Emotional.

Harem, lots of it. Empire (?) building, on both worlds. Weird and sometimes s*upid choices made by MC and author. 2.5/5 <<less

Pros:

Interesting theme, and plot. Great world building, it really keeps the imagination.

Interesting view on the world, albeit a very cynical one.

Seems well researched, excluding some sci-fi mumbo jumbo that makes no sense, but that is okay. If author knew how that stuff worked then the author wouldn't be writing a novel.

Cons:

MC is a nympho. He follows the Church of Plot & Babes with devout ferver, caring for little else.

Plot armor is too strong.

Girls are one dimensional, with basically no personality. The other characters aren't much better.
